Those migo people are evil, at least they forget late payment, try to know why the customer is not paying, give the person sometime to pay off little by little and then maybe block the person from taking further loans even when they finish paying what they owe until the person is credit worthy, migo is wicked and they have the hardest highest interest rate, infact branch is the best for now, even though I don't encourage loan but I think branch is good they will understand when things gets tough for their customers.

Swears! Problem is desperation is what drove many people to them. They are really mad. I'm trying to extricate myself from them patapata.

There's one I took from, when it was repayment time I was debited twice. I told their customer agent, she said it's not their problem that I should go to my bank.
My bank confirmed the double deduction and directed me to the loan company's bank. I got there and was told that the account is dedicated to me and though the money went there 2ce, the account is empty as the money has been remitted to the larger parent account.

I called their customer care again, they told me to get lost. What will I do? Me wey no get money just let my 14k go to waste?
I took another loan from them, cleared my bank account and I'm waiting for them to call me to ask me to pay for the new loan. They will see crazy.

This is not correct. It is only made accessible. It's not automatic synchronization.
I can recall vividly that when I had that issues with them, whenever I wanted to open the app, the first thing that pops us is that I should enable so so so permissions to gain access to the app. If they had all the detailed they needed, they will not start popping that up. They only do it in a way that when they need it, they will have access to it.
cc: echowas
When you download the app, before you use it to acess loans, it already has some default permissions set before the app will work. Now, those permissions that are blocked either by your security settings on your phone, the app will ask permission to acess eg your camera, your location, your contacts. You have to grant permission before any loan is granted, if not your loan request will be declined.
Go to your app settings of any app you have or downloaded and you will be supprise at the amount of permission most require to work on your device especially those by government.
Did you ever download that garba shehu "" app? It had acess to read and write on memory card, camera, microphone, contacts, picture and video files, location etc.

1. go to the loan app settings and disable all permissions previously allowed immediately.
2. delete the loan app immediately.
3. Block your ATM card immediately
4. Request for a new ATM card.

Forget their threats, it holds nothing!

Nah so! Done!

Anyways update on the loan. They've reached out to me and another agent that appears more sensible and I have provide proof. Waiting for them to respond. I've told them that ano get shishi for overdue charges o

I one repaid a loan late on Palmcredit. After I made the repayment offline, the loan wasn't cleared till next day. I contacted their support and informed them I won't pay the extra default that was added. They understood and cleared the default. I didn't pay for the extra default.

These loan apps charge high interest on loans. I only use them when it's very important.
what is there support contact pls

Just make sure you go to your app setting and disable all the permissions you granted the app at the point of registration, they will not have access into your contact list etc.

I thought contacts are downloaded at point of registration so the always have the downloaded copy. Pls correct me if I'm wrong

I am not satisfied with the way this company operate.

Who has experience such?

I took a loan of 11,000 to repay in a week time with interest on 21/06/2021 as due date. I tried repaying on the app even before the due date but it wasn't successful. The app is stagnant and give pending note. All efforts to reach their customer care was abortive. Still yet default charges keep increasing.

After few days a collection officer of the company with this number (+234 701 743 3849) started sending me threat messages to pay up. I explained to him what I have been experiencing. I paid the loan amount and initial interest rate by bank transfer. I sent him proof of payment and was cleared not default charges remained.

He said I still have to pay for default. I said I can not pay for default because the fault is not mine as their app was not accepting payment. That they should fix their app. The following day I paid using fist monie pos and sent him proof of payment. He said it will be cleared. Up till now it has not been cleared. Default charges keep accumulating after 2 weeks of payment.

Only to remind him to clear the default payment this morning and he blocked me on whatsApp. I called him on regular call and he said the company is not his father's company and that do I want him to block me again on call.

This is not fair at all. I feel cheated.

If you have proof of early payment threatened legal recourse even get a lawyer friend send them a letter or those free legal services

It's not advisable to do so for two reasons

1) If the loan is still open they'd give you a negative credit report that you are defaulting on a loan, this will make it harder for you to access loans from other loan companies , and sometimes some employers like banks ask you for your credit report before employment if it's bad they'd not employ you (CBN rule), plus if you manage to clear it, your credit report has been ruined and you can only access loans from few companies at very high rate.

2) They have your contacts, this sad bit of it is that they can embarrass you by sending to all your contacts that you are owing them money.
This will affect your social capital and may cause harm to your reputation.

Oga you are lieing in that your number 1, I guess you are one of them. These loan sharks have noting to do with CBN, a guy reported them to both CBN and EFCC, both CBN and EFCC said they don't have anything to do with all these loan sharks and advised to guy to use a licenced institution for his loan. The highest they can do is to circulate your name, number or picture betwwn themselves to warn others that you are a potential defaulter. These guys don't even have a visible office address and the uncompleted buildings they meet they instruct their workers not to divulge the address to customers.

Their highest threat is to withdraw from your account using the card particulars you gave them, which you solve by changing the pin or changing the card entirely. They can't report you to any shit because they themselves are in hiding, of course when I did mine, my xiaomi phone had a feature called second space, second space is like a second new phone in one phone, I fabricated different contacts which I made sure ain't in use up to 6 and stored in my second space, sent enough messaĝes to both 131 and its like to populate my sms, did same to populate my call log. So when I allowed them access my contacts they just took fake contacts, fake addresses that I wrote there, I did that because that am borrowing doesn't mean my privacy should be that exposed, though I paid everything back to them like a week to the due date. It is only migo and fairmoney that I can advise anyone to use and I've deleted them but they still sending me messages to come take loans cos they feel am a mugu that pays on time but am under oat never to try that rubbish again.

That is the worst they can do to their clients. Till today am still looking for their office my lawyer is ever ready to institute a case against them.
Pls if you know the office of 9credit help me say it here ooooo
They only assemble under trees and in incomplete buildiñgs, they know they are illegal, you can never see them speak of any physical address.

Hey, You have no idea what you're saying, these most of these loan companies are all licensed by the central bank to operate as fintechs, this is why they have access to your bvn information and check their about us page you'd see their licence code. They also file credit report to credit bureaus quarterly, if you doubt me, download carbon app, and use their free credit report option, you'd find all the loans you've taken even and their status, don't come here to make noise or blab, knowledge is not by gra gra or what you think you know, you must be able to research and know things not assume.

And even big banks also publish names of defaulters in the newspaper, I wonder how far away from reality you are, when you don't even find time to do proper research or even read. You just assume and conclude!

With your bvn info, it doesn't matter if you use a new phone or new contact or new SIM they can find your credit history.

They can't report any shit, they ain't license to do that, those guys own more than 9apps each with different names on playstore while their friends and relatives own more,if u default on one dey send ur details to their other colleagues operating other apps that way u won't get loans from them. Take it from someone who knows how they operate and still collecting from newer apps as Dem dey enter playstore and those not even in play store without paying due to wat dey did to me.

You have no idea what you're saying, it doesn't matter the number of apps they use they still operate under the same license , you should try to read their about us page and know if they are licensed or not.
Have you ever asked yourself how they have access to your bvn information?.. how do they get your basic information from your bvn ?.
