Exactly why I came to seek advise here. I was just checking my options online and came across Pilot program which requires one to be employed in order to qualify. Eligibility-wise, I think i may qualify, but I don't want to take any decision that may look like misrepresentation.
I'd rather go back to Nigeria alive and without any dent on my record here.

I understand your situation very well. But I feel like you are not asking for help, which is probably how you did it in Nigeria where it worked for you. Canada is a different environment, and the study method is completely unique. If school is challenging for you in Canada, ask for help. You will definitely get the help you need. I recommend that you watch this lady's video here who was studying computer engineering in the US. Sadly, if you don't ask for help, nobody will know what is going on and your failure will be put to unseriousness. If you do ask for help, chances are you will get favourable treatment.

If you announce it here, maybe someone within the province or has passed out from the same department can reach out. Depression is really not a good sign please, plus you mentioned 'coming back home alive' .

See, I'm not a defeatist, but if the stress is so much and you have looked everywhere for help (emotional, educational and mental) and there is nothing in sight and you cannot cope, please defer and come home. Just don't be on the other side of the law, it will cause more stress for you. Pls come home and here, we can start afresh. Thanks.

its hard and exhausting. No house maid, combining work, child care, daycare costs, bills etc. If your husband can cover at least your rent from nigeria it's easier. You can see the woman above who is studying complaining. Depending on your income too government will give child benefit too, which can go towards day care costs

But going with your spouse will make it easier as you two will work around time to care for your children. ...
