We have five rental properties (three flats) that we got mortgages on and we lease it out. We can go to our Chase Bank and with our credit scores being close to 800, i can assure you we will not get a favorable rate compared to a White Man with similar credit score. That applies with Car loans too and commercial loans. Another systemic racism is that i am always packing with my Glock on my body with my FOI Card in my wallet.
