Issues relating to the so called "partnership" are well documented... When Buhari was making the statement on Arise TV that heralded the "DOT Nation" mantra...did you forget where he stated explicitly that IGBO are on their own and that they have a Good relationship with their neighbors?? 2 weeks after that, the issue of the PIB came to the fore and they settled them with 3%..just imagine.
