Otherwise look for other DIY friendly states that are not Lagos, Abuja or Rivers—- the other 34 states do not require NIN

Omo, I laff tire for this thread oo. Mr "you dey do it the normal, normal way" at Ilorin NIS center, how market ooo? You know what? I burst into laughter when I read that part.

I also sight the person who said what if someone gets the 10 year passport but only keep using the darn thing for verifications upanddan for 10 years straight? That cracked me up too. But jokingly-honest, that's an achievement too!

Onto the person who said he/she saw devil walking with two legs at one of our dear Nigerian passport offices, no be juju be dhat?

For those asking about how to start the entire passport process (I mean from scratch, scratch), don't be lazy. Read a couple of pages back. Even if you couldn't start reading from page 250 just as I did, read at least 20 to 50 pages backward.

Please I still need guarantor oo. Don't ask me to ask FAF. I have someone close to me but his passport had expired. So if anyone can help me "guarantor" my application, I'd be grateful. I'll even appreciate you with a token.

I had to pay someone who did it for me.Quite pricey but it was worth it cos my name dropped the next day.I waited for several weeks but it never dropped so I guess it was money well spent.

First, I didn't do it in Lagos,i did it in Abeokuta because my NIN has issues, secondly am immigration officer helped me through an agent.

God is a miraculous God always, the favour I got at Agodi gate really captivated me a lot... Strictly DIY, I was at the immigration office last week Friday July 9th for my capturing due to a call i received through an immigration office on the 4th of July to come for my capturing on the 7th of july, but due to my schedule at work, I couldn't make it on that 4th and I had to go on Monday 12th July 2021. Based on experience, the office is always crowded every Monday and Friday which I will advised who ever that wanna visit the office on those two days to always avoid it. Remember I said I was called for capturing, but when I got there, I was asked to show them the message I received from them which I can't provide one as a result of the calls I received and I tried to call the number back the same day and no one picked the calls. I had already made up my mind to take my leave that day, but another illusion still tells me to fought the battle.... Story continue

My Sis is trying to capture her 2 kids for passport DIY Ikoyi, they are bent on trying to frustrate her. What the idea that only parents can serve as guarantor for their children? I'm their Uncle, I served as their guarantor because either parent do not have valid passport.

Do I need to get crazy with them and approach the PRO at Ikoyi Passport office?

The guarantor thing hold me for neck like this.
The court registrar is requesting for the physical presence of the guarantor.
This implies I have to change guarantor cos she's out of town presently.
We move....

I had applied and summited my file to PH immigration and is 6weeks already, no text from immigration for capturing. Is it possible to change the capturing center or processing center to another state? Because I'm thinking of going to Bayelsa to process it, is that possible?

Thanks for the great support you offered, sir/ma. They explained that after conflicting answers from the customer support services.

Again, because of the above, my sis is going ahead with her registration, now they are insisting the husband needs to have a valid passport before she can capture. I had thought that a letter of authority from the husband will just suffice instead.
Then this idea of a women needs her husband consent or letter of authority to process her passport, there is a court judgement against that, I wondered why they still make it compulsory for women to have it as part of their documentation.

captured at Abeokuta since 29th of june, No test message yet. Infact i called the immigration officer that helped me this morning, he is no longer picking his calls.
And i need to apply 1st week of august.

I think is best to go and check since I am seeing on the thread that they don’t send sms. I pray is ready.
