Goodday.....)there is a place for explanation in case you misplaced your refusal letter in your CAS shield and you cannot submit the CAS shield until this section is complete how did you handle this part?...did you just totally ignore the issue about the UK refusal because you lost the letter and you didn't give an explanation why you were refused?....nah you find trouble it's a simple comply or explain system...it's as if you have something to hide ..you made them more sceptical... anyways if you still have the reference number of the visa refusal on your old passport(assuming you have a new one ) draft a letter stating the reason for your refusal with the reference number send it to the e-mail that has QAHE...you will be fine...my opinion though

Great Minds here, I have been following this trend as a guest for some days now. I got an unconditional offer at Ulster university, made 50% payment, sent my TB cert but at the point of issuing my CAS, i was asked to send copies of my UK and US refusal letters, I have for US but my UK had been thrashed since i never knew it would be requested for at anypoint in my life.

I sent that of US but I was told to present that of UK even though I told them during CAS interview that I thrashed it long ago. Now I got a mail that CAS will not be issued without that.

Please I need assistance on how to get out of this quagmire. I need help right now. @justwise, Lagosismyhome and other great minds please help

Think your birth certificate should be under family evidence and TB certificate should be under others. But the way i see it, whenever you load it , it would be seen . it’s just more ideal to get the right category

Weigh the difference between a return ticket and black market dollar purchase of 4k USD.

The exception is if you truly do want to make a trip back, not for the dollar at bank rate. Today's rate will drop; give it another 2 weeks. If you are traveling soon, wait it out.

My sister got back last week.

1. They put a call through to her almost everyday.
2. She missed their call for 2 days, someone showed up at the door on the 3rd day.
3. Remember you supplied a phone number that has GPRS

It’s rush hour now at both V.I and Ikeja VAC’s , they literally have more applicants than usual. Walk in is possible but it would take time. Most people go a day before to book an appointment the following day, even at that you still have to stay on the queue for a long period of time. That’s also considering you have to pay an extra N42,000 for this service.

Hello house, Pls, I want to be cleared on this issue: we have walk-in in Ikeja and they charge 42k same as VI. But why do people talk about extra chages at VI? Is it that they charge more because I have heard of payment of £55 for biometrics.

Except your sister is paying additionally for test to release which is day 5 test, she must not leave self isolation before the 10 day mark. If they come looking for her and she is not in self isolation at home, fine is minimum 1000 pounds.
So either she completes the 10 days and does her day 2 and 8 tests OR quarantines for 5 days but must still pay for day 2, 8 and day 5 package
Whatever happens, no university or organization will tell you to come out of government’s isolation duration because of resumption. U must complete it

But I read that you have to quarantine for 10 days when she gets to the UK. And her classes starts September 6th, while she will get to UK around August 30th...
