Hello.. for the bus, I believe (aircoach - name of a company) and other bus service companies do take cash. If the train, you will use cash to purchase ticket at the station. On whether you can enter the bus without vaccination, I am not sure what the rule is for people coming from abroad; but I believe it should fly. Are ye using naira denominated cards. That could be the problem. You need a dollar debit card.

Yes, a few persons made Edubond payment using their naira account.
I guess with Eco bank and union bank, you can expect it between 3 to 5 working days.
