If there is dehydrator, just dry for like one hour inside oven,( specifically to dry the fish water) then transfer to dehydrator. Dehydrator don't consume electricity at all.
That's what I'm gonna use next time cos it will contain more.
I can even dry some meat too
You can smoke outside if you live in your own house with firewood. Just that you have to be a pro to use firewood.

That lady said she will drink garri with it. Never know one can drink garri with dry fish.
