I just got a conditional offer from UTT for MSc (engineering) in Petroleum engineering pending upload of all my official and supporting documents for final approval
I took time also to read this wonderful thread from beginning to the end.
I took note some Nigerians who said they got admit to study at UTT and would love to hook up with them such as:

I read mechanical engineering in my first degree and my uncle is willing to sponsor me.
1. I will like to know about job prospects in the oil and gas sector over there?
2. Also aside from bond, will my sponsor have to pay in money into my account for the immigration officers to see at POE?
3. I have also read that one can work night jobs but pls must it be only night?
4. Does one have to attend school everyday (mon-fri) though I had thought it should be just few times in a week so one can also have time for himself and other things?
5. Which countries from your experience can one enter as a result of his education at TT? I believe migration should be easier from there(I stand to be corrected).
6.I will need further clarification on accommodation

Their school system is nice and have some colleges and universities and best is UWI, university of West Indies.
That’s what you have to check online , but COSTAATT college is very cheap for nursing. Check online and know the requirements and cost.

The tuition fee including some expenses administrative fee and student insurance and student guild is $12,000ttd per semester,bond fee is $28,000ttd.accomodation $1,500ttd permonth with down payment of $800ttd for it...all this does not include your flight ticket and feeding...one good thing is that after your first semester you can pick 3 or 5 courses to do depending on how much you have for it.if you like you can finish your course within 4yrs if you have the money to register more courses or 7 yrs if you don't have money to register for your courses....you can also work while studying but that's not easyooo and your salary could only take care of feeding and transport ..... If you have the money,during semester break you could apply for any country visa you want that have embassy here in T&t....Student visa gives you more opportunity to get low flight ticket and also transit visa for Italy ,France or U.K. And transit through those countries without going through S American route(Brazil) which cost much....Getting Job here at government hospital when your done with the R-Nursing program here is easy and it comes with a lot of good benefits....and you have more opportunities to travel and work as RN in Canada or Australia which pays higher if you pass there exams....

Yeah... I did travel... I had no problem at point of entry.. I showed dem my Money which was abt 2400 dollars..i had no invite... But I booked Hotel for 3days...

The immigration officer asked of my purpose of kumin to Trinidad... I told him... He asked of my BTA and Hotel reservation .. I showed him... He checked my passport... I saw him smiled when he saw I have a UK Visa ...

Please i would like to ask, Are you presently in TNT? and if yes, do know if foreigners are being allowed into the country without hassles via the other Airport you specified cos from the look of things, it seems their border is still being restricted ie not fully opened except for their citizens

Mr Harzontorh thanks for your compliments may God bless you....@seunn4lif I believe you must have learn one or two lessons may god still bless your hussle....I'm so happy that I took the decision because it opened many doors of good things for me,I was also opportuned to travel to Caracas Venezuela ,Buenos Aires Argentina,Santiago Chile, Brazil,panama city, Seoul South Korea , Japan ,Denmark,Latvia,Malta and many Caribbean countries and hope to visit turkey and Russia this year may be I will touch Paris and Nice in France because I have been thinking about that place....That's why I advise people to come here with student or working visa and if your not comfortable with Trinidad & Tobago you can easily relocate to another country because it's very easy to get visa here if your a genuine resident unlike nigeria...God bless you all�
