What original text is in Greek?

The oldest known texts of everything in the bible are majorly in Greek. Only few scripts has been found in Hebrew. But don't get excited yet.

The biggest size of the Hebrew script is "the size of a credit card" not a book not even a page, according to author Kenneth Humphreys; in his book: Jesus never existed. All I am trying to do here is get our people to understand the bible creation account isn't a literal event. Indeed, in the main article on my blog I explained there are so many other creation myths around the world.
