I stay alone and I have never been lonely. Maybe it's because I love my own space. I really don't like that clinginess nature. That's why I find it suffocating when in a relationship. My longest relationship I have had so far lasted 1 and half years.

If I marry today, this is one aspect of me I will like my partner to understand. There are times when I just love being on my own.

I might adjust after I settle down though. But I will still let my partner to give me little space to meditate. Yes of course, I will spend enough time with my partner, but I will still love to have my special room met for only me where I can go to and spend time alone, even if it is 2 to 3 hours.

It's just one's nature.

The reason why you feeling so lonely is because you tied your happiness and good time with spending time with people. Such that, if you don't see people around you, you feel lonely.

But you just have to learn how to find joy in being alone most times. With time, you will grow to get used to yourself.

Firstly decorate your living room to a more fun ,jovial ,wonderful and funny kinda looking way .

Whenever u come back from work ,d first tin ur mind subconsciously notices is how fun or not your home is .get u a nice flat screen tv , a.c ,nice wallpaper, fridge with lots of chocolates ,biscuits and drinks ,basically just nice interior decorations ,make ur home smell heaveanly as well.
If u have u have serious kinda looking decorations in your home , omo dats boring enough ,so spice things up .

Secondly invite female colleagues from work ,male colleagues as well , at least dat way boredom wouldn't be too much.

I will try to make my space look more beautiful. Thanks. For food, I always stock up food at home.

You’re right. So much freedom. I like the freedom part in the sense that I can wake up and decided to do anything without it affecting any one.

To cope with being single, you have to join a physical group (either religious group, societal group, basketball or football) and make friends with alot of people

The only place I think of when it comes to taking my self out is to the restaurant . I guess it’s because I like food. I have decided to add going site seeing. At least to cities near to my own city. Thanks for the tip

It's could be boring being alone and single.

I learnt how to prepare different delicacies. So my saturdays were my practical days. I invite my friends over sometimes or share the food with my good neighbor.
On Sundays, I'm involved in alot of activities in the church that extends to mid afternoon. When i get back home I'm preparing for work.

I love movies and watch alot when there's nothing to do or just surfing the internet for gists, gossips and updates.

You’re right. I like that feeling of someone being around. Even if we aren’t talking but just knowing that I’m sharing the space with someone and hearing sounds others makes gives me some kind of comfort. That is why I stay in the office for as long as I can because most of the time, someone is in the space with me.

It's not easy. Personally, I am a loner, so me being alone is actually a choice. But, sometimes I just want someone around. Really, man/woman was not made to be alone. When I get extremely lonely, I go out to see my friend (good thing traffic isn't crazy in IB, I can reach anywhere quickly). My friend is the opposite of me...he can talk for Africa. Lol. So, the visit is always worth it.

Other times, I call my female friend over. We have fought now... I really miss her, even though she has her own issues, we had great times together... but life goes on.

Other times when I can't get company, I just watch a movie or TV series, or chat with friends on WhatsApp. And there are times I really need that full charge...I just take 4-5 days off and go and see my sister...she has kids I really love spending time with. No dull moment with them. Lol. I can stay charged up for weeks after that vacation.

Being a single father is not easy, thanks to oloshos, they are really helping the situation, especially when the weather is cold
