If I defer I might loose my funding. Got no kids yet. My husband may not visit till December. There's that fear of him being denied a visa since he is on a second degree. So whats your advice? Chyjoey: |

Little question: Once the Visa status changes to 'issued' on the passport tracker, can we go for pick up? Or we have to wait to receive an email first before we can go pick up the passport? |

Oluwacolded:Any school you feel you are interested in, you should do well to message the graduate coordinator and ask if the requirement is waived for Nigerians, or anyone whose undergraduate was done in English. I just cannot begin to list those schools for you offhand. Goodluck. |

Just thought I share this person’s experience here. Visa Experience Abuja Nigeria My case is peculiar; I lost my bag on getting to Abuja10.30pm the night before my interview which is for 9.30am. I was in real trouble all my documents except my international passport was in the bag. I tried looking for the cab man/ I mean the taxi till 10.30am next day but couldn’t. I was dirty without changing cloth since all is gone yesterday night. I had to go to the embassy without I-20 because it was delivered by hand (lesson always scan all your documents and store online). I explained to the consular I met the reason I was looking dirty and my predicament. She pitied me and gave me a pass. Status - Approved Second Day after denied on 221G✅ http:///f1interviewreviews Date - 2 August, 3 August 2021. Location - Abuja Nigeria Slot time- 9.30am In time: 11.30am, I lost my belonging the previous night so I was in shambles Out time: 11:45am Interview duration- one minute. University - Ferris State Uni Course - masters in information Security and intelligence. VO was American lady(35 years) Me: Good Morning Ma'am VO: Please pass me your passport; you are the guy without I-20. ME: Yes VO:- What do you do? ME:- walk her through my CV VO: who is sponsoring? Me: MUM VO:what does she do ? Me: Farmer, she is into food processing VO: Gave me a yellow slip Denial 221g which says I should come back with my I-20 Me :- Thank you. Luckily the Cab man called me in the evening of that interview day so I went with it the next day. Time in 10am. It was another VO I opt for since the one who gave me yellow slip was denying people today. VO young man 40years Happy. I explained the scenarios and he didn't ask me questions apart from the finance which I said MUM and that was all. He approved. Once you are calm, positive and you saying the truth. You will get the VISA. I have read 75% of the comment here but at the end my case was different. Just be ready, prayerful and know who you are on ds160 and who you want to be after the masters in case they asked. @f1interviewreviews |

Congratulations brother. May I ask if it is a red flag to capitalize on availability of funding for choosing a school? This is because I noticed that such is very prominent in your first three interviews which is completely off in the last interview. Anyone may clarify Thanks SMREXY: |
