I have posted this fix before.

MIUI dark mode and Twitter Dark mode are incompatible.

Go to settings, search for dark mode, click on "more dark mode options" turn off dark mode for twitter. And set Dark mode on the twitter app

I do, its an overlapping of the phones dark mode and the apps dark mode clashing. Turn off the apps dark mode individually.
