You need to read the court judgement again. Having registered even in moon will not clear them of these criminal breaches in court. The CBN warned everyone and especially bank managers, BDCs etc not to try any economic sabotage with the fx meant for special areas of interventions . EFCC will soon be after them and you are not helping their case by insulting anyone.
..we’ll there are no evidences that this platforms purchase their FX from the banks..rather they depend on bureau we change and all other means of purchasing forex which the CBN do not have any control over..

They aren't ponzi schemes. CBN is just not happy that they're taking out scarce foreign currency, especially above stipulated limits and also trading crypto.
The FX is from BDC license by CBN, so what's your point?

You must think those at CBN are illiterates. Yes, they can come for you if you step on toes but you’ll have to be guilty.

CBN runs based on instructions from politicians and political office holders (believe it or not), it's hardly driven by data or fiscal or economic policies. Let me ask you a question, Barter by Flutter today still provide the same FX service on it's App and it's not limited by the CBN monthly $100 limit. You can buy forex there at card rate till now. Why do you think it's still operational? Why was it not sanctioned? Let's just say Agboola knows what he is doing.

When the businesses were registered what do they have in their memorandum as their line of business, do they have license to do what they are doing, asset management, forex etc. If they are licensed, are they paying the stipulated dues, levies and taxes to government and the regulators like CBN, SEC and NSE?

The limit is not $100, Please confirm.

Both elites and the masses seek ways to influence institutions to make decisions that’ll favor them.
