Good afternoon guys. My wife applied for study visa in 2016 and was denied, so we about to try again and she called the same person that helped with the process, he’s an immigration lawyer. He said he was going to send a contact of who would help her get the visa officer note and then she should call him back when she’s gotten the visa officer note.

His word; I will send the contact of the company that would help you get the visa officer note and then we would carry on afterwards.

I’m sure this is coming with a cost and I’m trying to cut cost as much as possible.

Guys what does this mean, is this the refusal letter or the GCM note ? Cause we intend to do it our self time but then I have been reading comments here and realised we would be needing the reason for refusal is this the same thing. We have the refusal letter then not just sure if it’s what he’s talking about

Good Evening, please I’m applying to Durham College too but the plan is to process Student VISA from Cameroon as it is easier. I need your help in filling the applications, what does it mean to send WAEC result with scratch card?

Please help me. It’s really urgent.

Scanned your WAEC result, (and get a WAEC scratch card, you can buy it online yourself) , generate the Serial number and the PIN number and print it out, scan both your WAEC result & Scratch card in same PDF file then upload it.

I guess he's referring to the gcms notes.
Please note that ordering gcms notes comes at a fee. Though a reasonable fee.
You can order via thegcmsonline.com or contact Anon123 to help you order.

All the best!

This looks like a Procedural Fairness Letter and not a ban, so there is still hope to put things right.

You can contact makano through his moniker to guide you. No need to panic as you have not committed any misrepresentation since your application was handled by an agent. The IRCC just needs an explanation with your payment that's all.

You need to be in the right frame of mind to respond to them and close it asap.

All the best.

I received this email from IRCC, I just found that the agent that submitted my application didn’t pay for my visa and biometric fee, even after I was asked to make the payment on 10th of June, I still called and she said she has made the payment, I received this email from IRCC, I’m so short of words, don’t even know what too reply, anyone with this knowledge should please help me, I’m ready too pay

Before responding, contact your agent to get details as to why the payment was reversed. This is a very serious issue. The procedural fairness letter that you posted here (though not legible), is the first step in a process that may result in 5yrs ban from entry into Canada if you fail to properly address the issue. The issue here is not your willingness to pay the money now but rather why the payment was reversed resulting in debit to The Crown.

Writing this on behalf of my sister to encourage someone here.

The US denied her students visa 4 times. We decided to try Canada since the US refused to give her visa. She received admission into 2 university out of the 3 she applied to.

Here’s her Timeline
April 26——Study permit Application submitted with upfront medical.
April 28—— Did her Biometric.
May 6 —— NSE request
May 12—— Reasons why she can’t go through NSE was received (sponsor lives in the US and English exam was waived for her). All with evidence.
May 28——- Applied for GCMS note
July 2 ———- GCMS received but blank
July 5 ——- Applied for a new GCMS note
July 10 ——— Submitted a webform to ask for the status of the application.
July 20 ——- Webform received and told it has been forwarded to Nairobi.
July 21 —— Eligibility review started.
July 26—— PPR (Passport Request)
July 28 ——- Passport sent to Abuja
August 4 ——— Passport Stamped
August 5 ———- GCMS note received (visa approved).

Sister now in Canada

congratulations
Please stating English exam was waived for your sister in the application do you mean “ielts was waived for her by the school “ and you wrote on that ?

This is not totally correct, all these should be included in the SOP..

LOE is simply to tackle refusal reasons of past refused application..

PEACE

I submitted LOE, first time applicant. I thought SOP and LOE just has to do with selling your strong points to the VO, and they are used interchangeably

Yes medical results for the visa application and that of covid19 whcih must be done 72hours before departure

Please stop giving false information. You do not need to present your medical result at the airport as it’s already been uploaded to IRCC. You only need to show your Negative COVID test result

Patocypher: Calm down, you have not committed any crime . Before responding, contact your agent to get details as to why the payment was reversed. This is a very serious issue. The procedural fairness letter Is not a matter of another person writing or drafting it for you. Your agent knows the true story about the chargeback. Just contact your agent and tell IRCC the truth in your explanation letter and attach proof if you have any. Another person who does not know much about the chargeback might assist you in writing it and you will land yourself into trouble. The same letter was sent to me on july 31, 2021 to Specially, Provide an explanation as to why the debts to the crown were incurred. I told them the whole thing because i used an agent and attached the proof i have with me and reply. Please pack your luggage and run away from Agent. Thats one of the disadvantages of using Agent. Is something you can do yourself.
It's well..

I've gone through the PGCert programs but my fear is the 1 year duration for all of them. Was hoping for a 2yr program so I'll have ample time plus post stay period to settle down properly.

What would you advise please? Do you have links for 2yr pgc programs since the pgd are a no go?

Thank you.

This my brother's application shows that what God cannot do does not exist and that there is no hard and fast rule for ircc. He refused to do IELTS and refused to do upfront medicals. He graduated in 2012 and has never worked for anybody in his life. He just runs his ecommerce business. And his application was haphazardly packed. Me I did IELTS and upfront medicals still we are still waiting..
Omo I'm still shaking on his behalf

Congratulations to him!!!
