Your problem is that you think only stars make a team. Mills is an above average playmaker. If it comes to running an offense which is what you need in the playoffs.
Go check, almost all NBA champions have one low key pattern which always repeats itself. the team which has the most players who can run the offense, always wins.
Blake was the primary defender on Giannis who is AD in comparison to that.
Also go check Brooklyn was only poor defensively in the first half of the season, by the end of the season they were already above league average. So please check your facts

PS: The 2011 nba finals got turned on its head because of the Mavs inserting JJ Barea into the line up, he is a below average nba player in totality, but you know what he excels in Running the offense.
Lol with Kyrie and Harden on the floor where do you think Mills will see chance to run offense? Mills was an OK guy in San Antonio don't try and act like he was Steph. A solid player but let's not get carried away

Lebron and Westbrook taking turns to run the offense is more than enough

Hahahaha this man is a joker. Who is Anthony Davis compared to Blake Griffin. Church agbasa grin grin

Mr Man there is nothing to check, defensively Brooklyn does not have the facilities to hang with the Lakers on a normal day. Their ceiling is middle of the pack

I don tire for this IT talk. The guy busted his behind for free? I don’t get it! He got hurt while playing. Are we supposed to offer him the max he was requesting then? I don’t get all these talks to be honest. The guy was heading into the unemployment market when the Celtics took a chance. Would any other team be forced to feel sorry for not signing IT to a max? Bit of course because it’s the Celtics everyone has to hate.
The Celtics were not going to build its franchise around IT so the max was out of the way before the injury. Hayward and Kemba situation no get anything to do with IT, I don’t believe in that kain CAP. He is available now, why is no one taking a chance at him?
This is the same situation with Schroeder, the man over estimated his value and was unemployed until the Celtics stepped in but somehow, it is our fault for getting him on a bargain! I don’t get it most times. Oh well! We move..

As for Udonis, he should stop embarrassing himself and give that spot to a young kid that has something to prove. If he is important for the locker room then let him be hired as an assistant or in some capacity.
He busted his ass for a pittance on NBA level. Which was why he felt entitled to a max after a 29ppg season and an ECF appearance. Nobody said you had to offer a max but after the injury I'm sure a reasonable offer could have been arranged. Instead una trade the man for Kyrie. What happened? He came did nothing and bolted for free. Got Kemba. Same thing. So last last na lose lose. You lot still got fleeced

He's obviously declined since 3 seasons ago so I don't see your point. Lmaoo where is this Schroeder comparison coming from? 2 + 2 = Isi ewu

One player coming from an all star season averaging 29 ppg and top 5 in MVP voting. What did Schroeder do?

Lool you should take it up with Miami. Why should Udonis turn down free money? They are obviously taking care of their own. Something the Celtics know nothing about tongue

You want Westbrook to run an offense? With those amounts of turnovers?
Defensive facilities? Like Lakers are an elite offensive team in the first instance, they're not.

The Lakers don't even have a defensive answer for Harden talkless Kyrie who can buy fouls or KD who can decide to drop 50 on 50-50-90

Plus AD is injury prone, let's just hope he stays fit sha.

And it's a lie BKN defense improved like hell during second half of the season. They had 102.5 vs Bucks that 7 game stretch.

You people have started this nonsense talk again. Before Brady got there which of their receiving corps and defensive front seven did you know? What were their achievements besides Shaq Barett who had won a Superbowl but was jonzing in Tampa? How many Pro bowl O-Liners did you know on that team? You people lie without decorum. Which yeye good secondary?

Of course NFL is a team sport but only a crazeman will see a team that went from no playoffs to the damn Superbowl and deny that Tom Brady was the most important ingredient

Say that to someone who does not watch football not me. The defense was top 3 the season before Brady came, but Jamise with all his turnovers killed all their good work.
Evan, Godwin were all ready all-pro receivers before Brady came.
The front seven had all being voted all-pro in their career apart from White who was drafted in 2019, and anyone watching knows he is a top5 line backer in the league. Shaq led the league in sacks. All of these before Brady.
Tampa then used their 1st round pick on a right tackle, who was the a top 2 tackle in any draft projection and at the end of last season their online was the 5th best in the whole league according to pff.

PS: Incase you did not know Jameis threw 30 picks in 2019.

Why are you lying so irresponsibly like this

https://www.pro-football-reference.com/years/2019/opp.htm

The only aspect they excelled in was Rushing Defense. Every other aspect they were bottom tier. Which kin top 3? What kind of dreadful lie is this?

The front seven were voted all pro but finished 28th in Team defense and were allowing 28 pts per game.

Tom Brady joined a team that missed the playoffs and guided them to a Superbowl the very first year he joined, ask another QB make e do am if e easy

He is still an above average offense runner. You don't lead the league in assists without being good at running an offense

They don't have to be. All I know is with their size they are definitely going to be a problem

Hahaha this guy don't use laugh to kill me. Who is guarding Lebron or AD in Brooklyn? Who is their defensive answer for those 2?

You're hoping. AD is injury prone but he is not going to be hurt every year

Doesn't matter. They are still not an elite defense like the Lakers can be especially since they have a better defensively sound coach.

Not really? I mean some have turned into mayors and moguls. There are many ways to succeed. But I havent seen Garnett get into anything since his old talk show. And he really is not liked by most players. Even the show he had, took a nose dive because it would turn into Garnett interviewing himself. I can imagine the producers tried to correct him and he stuck to his guns - crazy dont work off the court.

This has become your mantra. You guys read too much into being liked or not being liked as your motivation. How did you come up with the 2nd embolden, you must have been there during production meetings! And for the records, KG has one of the biggest following in the NBA..The man literally redefined his position in modern day NBA. Is this debate trending towards he is broke or what? I just want to be sure what this argument is about. Because his show got cancelled and is not on mainstream media means what? Are you aware he has been trying to buy the Timberwolves with $200M as part of his own investment with a group? Tim Duncan has left the assistant coaching role with the Spurs, does that mean he is not successful in his own right? How about the mail man? Our own Olajuwon nko?

Enjoy Garnett interviewing himself below. There is no way producers are not cautioning you on this, because it is making the interview terrible, not better. This is absolutely petty coming from you especially since you live in America. What exactly is the purpose of this argument? I have asked you initially.. Is appearing on mainstream media as a pundit or having a show the most important yardstick for measuring success (including financial) for a HOF player?

Coherence, eloquence is not the greatest skill for many African American players. I mean we read their tweets and know many of them can't spell correctly, worth more writing.. This man was drafted out of high school and the only thing that mattered to him was getting out of poverty which is the same story for many African American men playing in the NBA..

I ask you again, what is your point? Is KG poor now? Is he hungry? Is he broke because he is not on TV? What exactly is the purpose of this debate? I already know you don't like KG or the Celtics for that matter but what is the goal here? Someone proposed $200M of his money to invest in the purchase of the Timberwolves, has financial stakes with the Boston Red Sox, has invested portfolios in tech business and other numerous investments yet, it is not having a show on mainstream media that is his biggest downfall?

Because who is on TV? which HOF is on TV doing TV? Chuck/Shaq? who else? What are you trying to achieve here is what I want to know..

I don't speak for Birdman but it was clear he was praising KG for getting his jersey retired and suggesting that his attitude was the reason he was not gracing shows, making appearances and interviews like other HOFs. You asked him if doing those things equated to success and he admitted that KG might have money but that he is not liked like Kobe was. What you are saying is at total variance with what he is saying.

What is the need of saying other HOF players have become Mayors and Business Moguls? What exactly? if not to measure success? And for the records he did not clarify when I asked him if being on TV is a yardstick for measuring success..His response was "Not really?" is that a definitive answer to you? As for being liked, there is nothing new about @birdman and his choice of narrative being linked to his likeness or hatred for a player.. It is his normal MO. Talking about likeness, where and which world is KG hated in the NBA? @Birdman is the same person who erroneously argued that CP3 was very much liked in the NBA community which is obviously false. Is it every NBA HOF that has a show? What you are speaking about is at huge variance from what he is alluding to..

I can be a huge critic of Lebron's game but I am neva and have never being shy to admit how much influence he exerts in the AA community or the degree of work he has put in the AA community.
