A mannequin is around 50k so he meant 1 not 4. Besides I have a good business you can invest that 6m in and you get 150 - 180k monthly including your capital.

40 mannequins is even too much for a start.

Hi

To be realistic 6 million won't be enough especially if the rented space have to be redesigned to soothe ur standard ..

Budgeting 6m means ur target market are those who are ready to spend money on clothing's for you to break even and make profit with time ..

For this kind of business u definately won't be using a single standard shop space but double space shops..

Rent would go btw 800k to 1.5 million but I wouid say keep 2m..

U might find somewhere u love but it's not up to ur budget that is y I have asked u to budget 2m..

If the rent falls lower then better for you ..

Budget 2 million for ur interiors

Bros no shout say i say 2 million ..

The rising cost of materials no be here

The bulk would go to the wood partitioning , Glass display, partition and showcase .. wall papers , paint or 3d design.. electricity.

I.e Glass u can get a quote by 7 am for it and by 12 noon u decide to make transfer to the seller you wouid hear

Oga glass don add money ..

Same thing appiies for wood MBF or HCF depending on the type u wish to use ..

Electricity is gonna take up much .
This one wey one wey one coil from Coleman cables is now 9k don't know the lighting design u might use but u need lots of light to illuminate ur boutique.

The electrical fittings too come to mind .

someone mentioned u can get 40 mannequins at 200k
Don't know if the person is an importer oh

Even locally manufactured ones sell above 10k

The ones a client used for his boutique ranges from 28k

Mannequins are of different types and prices vary..

The Remaining 2ilion should be budgeted for clothes shoes and other stuffs

Annoying thing is when u come back from the market and u try to display the arrange the items u might get discourage that u spent that amount but ur boutique is not full..

Pls don't be discourage .

If u have more money go back to the market but if not this is what u wouid do ..

Let's say u got a double shop seal up one to the public and fill up the single shop ..

The other shop would be like work in progress ..this makes ur shop look Fuller in public eyes instead of displaying scanty items in the double space ..

When u have the funds u can open up the other having restocked properly ..

Now to save money I wouid advice u to ask for quote from three vendors

Go to the market and buy the wood and accessories ,, glass , aluminium and electrical fittings yourself ..

Believe me u wouid save a lot of u procure the items urself ..

Use social media to Target sales around u ....

I hope this helps ..

dont attend open trials oversees, try secure a trial from an agent or a football club or academy, although the chances might be slim but its better dat way, as long as u havnt featured in NIGERIA PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, and dont have a profile, avoid the big fish countries(France, italy, especially England, Germany, spain) email some second division team and get ursef a good Cv bro, Goodluck baller!!! nd have money incase u are invited

I think 6 million is good enough.

You can get a shop for 700k yearly
Repairs, carpentry works, Electrical & electronics setup, furnitures -(1m should cover everything that needs to be fixed and setup)

Mannequins #200,000 for about 40 pieces

The rest would go into getting authentic wears (shoes, bags, hats, shirts, trousers, belts, etc)

You can get Authentic wears at Eko market or online from international stores online.

I have a plug in Eko market that deals in high grade wears, and I know a couple of online stores that you can get Authentic stuffs.

6million is a great budget

If you need more information, let me know.

Boss please I'm interested in this info, help your boy. I want both your plug in eko and d online contact. Make i start something for my kid bro

Everything boils down to capital. I would have left this country a long time ago since I can decide to sell off the properties and go but I'm more concerned about the long term benefits of the properties. The plots and buildings are situated close to a tertiary institutions and I plan to build a hostel. A self con goes as high as 70k yearly here. That's why I have not sold it believe me I've got my plans mapped out, just capital needed to kick start. That's why I'm looking for who to sponsor me to Europe to work for just 3 years and I'll be back to kick start my stuffs.. But if na ball route work, I No come back again till further notice o, lol

Take your capital everything in your hand and use it to change the wardrobe of your pastor, and before the end of this year the boutique would become a reality.

Well my brother since you just starting you need some principle so as not to fall into mistakes must people does on the electronics field .

Now if u to start just select 3 products that's are selling on daily basis and with good returns .

Some of this products are generator the medium size 2.2kva and standing fans and selling fans also home theatres and agriculture engine with this products you are guaranteed daily sales and profits.

I bought 32" led then which was just at 35k or thereabouts and but I make sure I have generators , fans home theatres enmasse so when I showcase in the morning in front of my shop people will see it as a big store due to fact that I am.only based on 3 to 4 products and bought them alot.

From that products I bought my first ever car I sell standing and celling fans most.

Later I scale it up to freezers and fridges Led television that's when I have extra capital and some companies like synix , polystar, aucma ,skyrun sell to us on credits even century .

Hmmm Nice. Thanks for Tha swift response and insight... So if i want to start now with 500k capital, i can start by getting Generators, standing and ceiling fans then some other minor things and then add like 2 to 3 pieces of 32 inches TV right?

Also, where exactly can i get the goods as a beginner Sir? Is it at same Alaba after I finish registering with them? Thanks sir

Jesus I am not familiar with Lagos Terrain .

When I wanted to start my electronics shop .

I spent 460k to 500k cos I built the shop myself from scratch since the landlord do not have the funds .

We now use the amount as 5years payment plan with monthly payment of 5k.

I spent about 80k on shop design which include bill board that lastest fancy plastic billboard used by boutique guys now cost about ,100k for the iron one.

Went to Alaba and registered with electronics companies with my CAC .

I used just ,500k as a capital startup then . And within 2years I bought my first car.

The main thing is make sure u ask from who know road on best places to buy the good cheaply that way u did save a lot of money.

Cheers and wish you success

Good.

You can't go into Europe and come back within 3yrs,in that 3yrs you are about to settled down that is if you have papers but if no paper bro, your frustrations is about to begin.
Why do you think people spend up to 15yrs before Dem show face for naija?

i will advise you seek for help in developing that plot into what you want, you can start with even 1 sefcon first and continue building others before you know it you are done with it.
Create a thread or look for investment thread here i am sure some people will reach out to you of they see prospect in that investment.
