Hello guys.pls someone should help me with an urgent answer.after uploading my e-Medical sheet using webform, m I supposed to get a confirmation email from ircc?

Have you received a confirmation from the clinic where you did your medical exam that your result has been sent to the embassy. IRCC might not necessarily reply, and most times, they take time to acknowledge the documents you sent to them due to the high influx of applications they are dealing with.

You would need to keep checking if your medical on your GC key has been updated to pass, then you are good.

All the best.

Your school should have a quarantine plan form. Google your school name along with "quarantine plan."
Secondly, I used wakanow to book my ticket.

Hi
Go to the first page for essential guide you will need.
Student copy of transcript is acceptable in most schools, however; you might be required to send official copy at some point

Good morning house ,
I submitted my application on the 3rd of June 2021 done biometric and upfront medical and it's has been updated ,and yet no reply till now . My school starts on the 9th of September , and I have until 15th September to ask for refund and withdrawal. my program can't be done offline and there is no deferment.
Please what should I do if I don't get a decision before 15th September .
Request for a refund by September 6 but do not withdraw your study permit application. If your application gets approved after admission withdrawal, reach out to your school, and if their response is unfavourable, apply to another school.

Hello guys...

Does IRCC cross check all Acceptance Letter from respective DLIs on each study permit application?

Yes they do, there's no point wasting precious time vetting an application without an admission. If they have concerns about your admission, they'll definitely request for an updated LOA

The result is not a 3rd class but a pass don't know if any school will accept that for Pgd that's why I went for a diploma so as to start afresh that's how poor the result is that's why I classified it poor result.

Hi Vivi,

it depends on what you regard as poor. I also studied English in my undergraduate but I had a good result.
in your case even if its a 3rd class some colleges still accept third class for pgd so you should definitely consider it as against a diploma.

First thing would be to give us your profile, then we advise whilst you await your gcms notes which you should apply for tonight.

Regards.

Good day my people.

Please we are in hot water o.

My sister applied to University of Calgary and got admitted for September 2021. Paid full fees and accommodation to support her visa application. She submitted her visa application on May 21st and has not heard back. GCMS notes show that eligibility has not even started. To avoid stories that touch, she opted not to start online in case her visa is not approved. She requested a deferral and the school has just today said no. Her options are: withdraw and re-apply later OR start online.

If she withdraws, won't the school notify IRCC and they will cancel her application? I can't even reach them to find out what happens to the fees.

If she starts online, and the visa is rejected, what happens?

We are looking for advice please and thank you.

I think you should inquire more about the school's policy concerning refund ;should there be a refusal after starting an online classes,(we don't pray for this though),what will happen. Their response should guide us

Clairene51:
Long post

My first time posting but I hope my testimony encourages someone here
Program: MBA ( Fall intake, 2021)
School: UCW. Vancouver, BC.
PPR: 24th August 2021

After my BSc in Govt and Public admin, I thought I should just move to Tech since It was clear I didn't want to be in academia or politics.
I applied to Dalhousie University for a BSc, got admission in less than a month. Feeling eager to take over Canada, I read through the Lagos office requirement and applied on 18th July 2018, submitted an empty application (na Neco, Waec, First school leaving cert, etc full there)
The second correspondence for that application came in on 7th September 2018 and wow, I remember I was in school then, rounding up my defense and preparing for my clearance when the mail dropped. The refusal reasons were on Travel history, Purpose of visit, Home ties, and Personal assets.

After the first refusal, I got Frankrobbn email from NL and sent my GCMS to him (I think he wasn't charging then) after he reviewed it, he told me it was workable, then asked me to go for a course related to my BSc and sent some scholarship links to me( I told him not to bother because I'm not reapplying) he said okay o, just like that‍♀️.

2019-2020, I got the courage to reapply. All the schools I applied to (Msc) boldly refused me, got frustrated, and decided to leave everything and go do my Nysc...
2021, a family friend guided me. She gave me all tips she used in her successful application but then “No application is the same”. I applied on 18th March 2021, and that faithful morning of June 3rd, 2021, the second correspondence dropped with the same reasons as the first refusal.

I gave up trying and canceled everything about Canada the day I saw the refusal. I called some agencies that were in charge of UK applications so we can kick off asap... Only for me to wake up the next day and started thinking of Canada reapplication... My mind went straight to Frankrobbn1, he gave me the cold acceptance (aspa coconut head applicant) but this time I no send, I begged o,
He sha listened and pointed out my mistakes in my Sop, and documents in general so the next thing was for me to go convince my parents that I wanted to reapply for the third time. They accepted after many explanations with conditions of having a plan B( I got admissions from 3 different UK schools, and booked a late date in Aug for my medicals).

I paid for Frank's services and we started from changing of school to UCW. When it was time to reapply, Frank reviewed all my documents, flagged down some with reasons, and we finally submitted them on 28th June 2021, upfront medicals passed 7th July, same with eligibility, no update till 24th August, PPR dropped

Here's my timeline to the last application (in no particular order)

DOCUMENTS
1. Letter of Introduction from your employer.
2. Copy of Applicant’s Family Members Birth certificates.
3. University's Unconditional Official Letter of Admission.
4. Copy of Applicant's Birth Certificate,
5. Copy of Police Character Certificate, old one)
6. Waec
7. Copy of Applicant’s International Passport Biodata page,
8. Copy of Applicant's family picture.
9. Letter of explanation addressing the concerns of the visa officer concerning the last refusal grounds (prepared by Frankrobn1)
10. NYSC discharge certificate
11. Degree certificate
12. Transcripts
13. Deed of gift documents.
14. IELTS Certificate.
15. Study leave approval letter
16. Work ID
17. Resume
18. MBS
19. Board resolution letter for my sponsorship
20. Dads company Cac document
21. Article of Memorandum
22. Particulars of directors
23. Sponsors landed properties
24. Company performa and sales invoice
25. Sponsors two company  account MBS with sole signatory letters
26. Tax clearance

I had challenges which were;
First, my 4 years in the university, we were called political scientists and I submitted my first application with the name but after my clearance, I was handed a Government and Pub admin cert...
Secondly, my funds were enough but the company account(which seems like a 3rd party sponsorship) IRCC said I was mobile and single blah blah.

I must affirm that Frankrobbn1 of (fandrglobal.com) is professional beyond measure, he takes the hardest immigration cases and handles them with highest attention to detail, and to customer service. I disturbed him o (na 24/7 busy man) so you have to always remind him...

God pass IRCC
It will surely go round

#Mapleland here I come
# if God is for me, who will be against me Nobody!

Dear Clairene51, I appreciate you taking the time to write this positive review and sharing your experience. I am glad that my unique expertise in handling complex immigration cases and difficult files brought success to your application at the third attempt. I am more than excited to have been a part of your successful student visa application and wish you all the best in Canada!

It will end in praise

It's been almost a year here and I am glad to be an alumni. I applied for my study permit last year and got it within a month despite the pandemic and delays. I followed up rigorously, didn't defer my classes and started online classes because I was convinced it would favour me. I eventually travelled with my husband and son when resuming on campus and it was a great experience.

Today I am a proud graduate of University of Ottawa. Yes I finished my program in record time and I am over the moon.

My mission here is to give back more positively and encourage everyone on this journey who has faith and believes this is what they want to go for. It takes patience, research, hardwork and even financial commitment.

Let us keep faith and hope alive on this journey of the brave

Hi

I have a degree in English but the result is poor so I can't apply for post graduate study,so I decided to go for a diploma May 3rd 2021 & also change in career, admission was given to resume in September 2021, I got a response from IRCC today August 25 2021 & was denied my study visa, reasons they wrote was ties in Canada & my home country & reason for my visit.please I need an advice on what next to do for a way forward.

Sorry about the outcome of your application vividumebi, it's just a delay .

Opting for a diploma wasn't the best descion as your grade wasn't a barrier and that's why purpose of visit happened to be one of the refusal reasons. Home time can easily tackled depending on your profile.
First step to be taken is ordering for your gcms note, that will surely shed more light on the actual reasons.
It will end in praise
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by makano: 12:08pm On Aug 26, 2021
What's your reason for an Appeal?

Judicial Review is far more expensive and complicated than you think, and it takes months or even over a year before a judgement can be given which may not eventaully be in your favour..

I will advise you order for your GCMS note, re-strategize, tackle the refusals reasons stated in your GCMS note, re-apply with a strong and convincing SOP and LOE, with a lot of prayers..

And you will get your Visa without spending too much...

My advise though..

Ok.
Tnx.

shupy:

I have absolutely no idea how highly regarded a gift of deed is in a VO's point of view. However, It's better if the property is in your home. It shouldn't be your main home tie. I didn't submit any landed property documents. Your main home tie should be career prospects in your home country. Don't emphasize too much on the property ownership. Just mention you own one and it was gifted to you by your mum.

Good evening my people.

Am a passive reader, After reading lot of posts on this platform. I decide to run my application by myself, which I successfully did.

I submitted my application on 10th July 2021
I did my biometrics on 15th july 2021
Got a correspondent letter this morning 25th of august 2021 exactly a month and 15days after biometrics

About an hour after the correspondent letter, I got a refusal

The below were stated in the letter

Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit
application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of
residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.
Sincerely,
High Commission of Canada

Application Enquiry: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries

After reading all they wrote up there,

I immediately ordered for my gmc note.

My admissions is February so I still have the time to reapply, which am doing immediately I receive my gmc note.

In my previous application
I have 2 landed properties with buildings
3 landed properties with no building
Am married with marriage certificate and pictures
Statement of accounts of around $100,000 about N40M I can’t remember precisely
I have a company here in Nigeria

Seeing what the V.O wrote got me confused.

Am definitely applying again, I need people who have gone through this path and I require advise and professional that I can work with who have handled this type of situation before.

I will be glad to read from you all

You can chat me up

Thanks
Best regards

I love your spirit jare, kudos.
Sorry about the outcome though.

From my own view, the purpose of visit refusal might be tied to a logical progression in career or academic.

Personal asset and financial status shouldn't have been an issue going by your profile, but was there any unexplained lump sum deposited in your account, especially close to the time of application?, they sometimes frown at such depending on the VO.

If you want to employ the service of the knowledgeables, you can contact oga frankrobbn1 , he's one of the trusted we've got here.
