I believe sponsorship letter is meant for IRCC Visa Officer’s review in support of your study permit/visa application and ought to be addressed to him/her via that address and not to VFS, that handles biometric collections.

Well, hopefully the VO might see it as a minor mistake. I would suggest you send in a properly addressed sponsorship letter via web form.
Just don’t give them any reason for stories that touch....

Medical request is sure a great step to approval in most cases. Maybe they had not processed the medicals tou uploaded before they sent you the request. Upload the e-medical sheet via webform and email to them as well. Ensure to confirm from the clinic that they have sent your medical to IRCC. Me I requested for an email confirmation and they did.

This happens on a rare occasion, what you need to do now is to re-upload the Medical slip given you when you did your Upfront..

You can send it Via Webform and also through their Email address..

In the content of your email, explain what you just put down here i.e Your Upfront Medicals has been passed on July 2nd and you still got a Medical request, they will immediately update your medical status...

The Medical request simply shows that your application is on the route of approval..

So do as I have advised, so they can send you your PPR ..
