I have up to 100k with me from a friend since last year. He is yet to collect the money from me and it's almost a year already. The money is already losing value and I intend to make wise decisions with it especially for business in order to increase the money as I'm already using from it to cater for some emergency situations but I always return it back as soon as possible.

Please advise me on what to do with this money pending when he'll demand for it. And hopefully, I can convince him that I invested it and I know he'll definitely understand and give me some time to gather it back.
I've thought of transport (buying fairly used motorcycle and giving out on hired purchase but people warned me against such due to dishonesty of people), and I don't know or understand the crypto market at all. Shares and stocks too would have been better but I don't know how to go about it.

Do not fail in the timeline you scheduled for repayment for the borrowed money and have a plan b in case to ensure that the agreed sum gets to your friend as at when due.

Actually, as at December of last year, if I can borrow 50-60k to it, I can get a neat motorcycle for about that price but now, it's not possible. That's why I'm thinking of doing something worthwhile with the money to avoid depreciation

It’s almost impossible to get FX from banks unless you have a dormicilary account or you trick them.

Best to buy from BDCs or Aboki in your city. These guys will sell to you at parallel market rates; $1 = NGN 527

PS: I won’t be talking about the trick please. It’s a federal crime
