‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍I was inspired by the Holy Spirit to write this post ,so has to enable the Brethren who might be wondering or seeking understanding concerning some of the spiritual Experiences they have had or might be having currently .
having experienced many of them myself - even till date, and even as I was writing these down.

The purpose of this post is to help you recognize them, to discern what they meant and how to use and maintain  the ones that are gifted to you for operations .
(some of these manifestations are gifts while some are not)

1.If you are feeling LITERAL oil running down on your head, without you or someone else physically pouring the oil on your head, but you could feel it spiritually running down on you.
This is what it means :
You have a calling (a purpose to fulfill ) in God .
So God has decided to anoint (consecrate) You (placed the symbol of authority upon you) by the Holy Spirit so you (and even others )could be aware  that you are called by God to be a vessel through which his will, purposes, and agenda could find expression among mankind.

See = exodus 29:4-7, Leviticus 8:12,exodus 30:30, 1samuel 10:1

How to receive it :  FAST for at least 4 days or more , asking the lord to lead you to the path of destiny, to reveal the the purpose for which are here to fulfill, to give you his blessing and power to fulfill his Mandate for your life, and then WAIT at the presence of the lord AFTER PRAYING . 

YOU MUST PRAY FERVENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY ,
IF NOT; YOU MAY never GET THE RESULT .

Lye down while praying and chastise and humble your flesh before the lord .
Cry if you can .

2.if you felt oil LITERALLY dripping in your Palm,or a hot and fiery sensation on your Palm then it's the HEALING ANOINTING .

See :mark 5:23,  mark 16 :18 , 1Corinthians 12:7-9 ,Act :28:8

How to receive it : have GENUINE COMPASSION for the sick,meditate on healing scriptures, visit the sick and PRAY FOR THEM regularly , FAST for at least 4 or 7 days or even more , ask for it in prayer , meditate on 1Corinthians 12:7-9 to gain receiving faith, stay there where you prayed and wait for long to receive the anointing (with your palms open)  OR YOU COULD RECEIVE IT BY IMPARTATION FROM A MINISTER OF GOD
(to maintain the healing anointing - ALWAYS PRAY FOR THE SICK in your territory in your room by lifting up that palm and indirectly declare healing unto the sick) Luke - 7:1-10

Some people who have the healing anointing might be wondering why they don't feel the oil or the fire again,
it might be because they stop praying for the sick - the more you stop praying for the sick - the more the flowing will reduce,
vice - versa.
so if you couldn't feel the oil again you should know that you have not lost it but it is still there, it's stop flowing because you stop praying, resume praying for the sick, and the flow will re - emerge gradually according to your consistency .

If you stop feeling the oil COMPLETELY even when you do pray for people then take another fast and WAIT UPON THE LORD
TILL THE OIL OR FIRE RETURNS .
if you pray then try to wait and not lose yiur effort in vain .
Sit and just wait with open palms doing nothing .

3. If you felt LITERAL oil on your TONGUE , then you should know that the lord as put HIS WORD in your mouth like  Jeremiah.

THIS IS NOT THE PROPHETIC ANOINTING but the enablement to speak the word of God for supernaturally and effortlessly, giving you divine utterances to declare the counsel of God.
SO THIS GIFT IS THE "GIFT OF UTTERANCE "

that's it name "THE GIFT OF UTTERANCE "

See : 2Samuel 23:2,Isaiah 51:16, Isaiah 59:21, Ezekiel 11:5, Jeremiah 1:4-9.

How to receive it : keep off filthy languages (words) From your mouth, do away with idle talking (very important) , do away with presumptuous lying, desire to speak the mind of God in the midst of people.
Make MEDITATING the scriptures (bible)of God a DAILY HABIT (this is very very important and is a key to receiveing )

(dont only cram the words of God THOUGH CRAMMING THE SCRIPTURES IS VERY IMPORTANT )

Be conscious of the holy spirit, and his impressions ,and intuition upon your heart
Instructing you to either speak
(even when you dont want to )
or to keep your mouth shut (even when you desire to speak )
THIS SIMPLY MEANS YOU MOUTH IS TO BE CONSECRATED AND DEDICATED TO THE LORD .

FAST FOR 4 to 7 days , PRAY fervently and effectively while fasting AND WAIT WHERE YOU PRAYED FOR THE IMPARTATION.

Fasting with I out praying would'nt produce the result my friend .SO PRAY ALL THROUGH THE TIME OF YOUR FAST this will help the result .

Don't injure your health please !

4. If you felt LITERAL oil dripping on your head, dripping on your Palm, glued to your tongue at the same time ;without you asking for these anointings while your pray (you just felt them, you didn't ask for them ) then you are called to be an evangelist.

(But still pray that God reveals your office to you.)
See :Isaiah 61:1 ,  Luke  4:18, Act 8:5-7

How to receive it : practice praying , meditation on the Scriptures.
GO OUT AND DO EVANGELISM REGULARLY and then wait upon the lord
(BY SITTING DOWN WHERE YOU PRAY ALONE )anytime you come back from evangelizing .

ask for the evangelical Calling  by faith in prayer, and wait where you prayed FOR LONG . (but it's better to ask God to reveal the Calling he has for you, instead of you dictating the call he should give to you - although it is not bad to do so) .
MAKE SURE you FAST for at least 4 days or 7 days or more, and PRAY for long hours each day during the fast.

5. If you felt fiery sensation on your tongue, coals of fire burning on your tongue, then God has anointed you to be a revivalist, and as you speak,
your words WILL burn in the hearts of men like fire setting them ablaze, and creating an hunger for the things of God in their hearts.
and igniting THE FIRE OF ZEAL for thing of God in their hearts .

see :Deuteronomy 4:12&36, Jeremiah 5:14, Luke 24:32.

How to receive it :by desiring to preach the word of God to people, consecrating your tongue to God, PRAY much in TONGUES, give yourself to fasting ,and waiting on the lord.

6: IF YOU FELT FIERY SENSATION BURNING UNDER THE SOLE OF YOUR FEET,
then this is a missionary anointing, it is a divine empowerment given you to Herald the gospel of the lord Jesus across territories.
IT IS an evangelical ,AND MISSIONARY anointing.
Your feets are beatiful .
their soles will take posession of territories.
God's kingdom is to be advance through them .
they are to be a vehicle of the holy spirit for he wants to herald the gospel through them by your heralds .

See :Deuteronomy 11: 24, Joshua 1:3, Malachi 4:3

HOW TO RECEIVE IT :it is a calling, and if it's God will for your life he would baptize your feet with the fire, and you could exercise your faith in God by asking in prayers and fasting if you desire the work of a missionary or TERRITORIAL EVANGELISM (but it's better to seek God's own calling for you) .

7. If you felt LITERAL FIRE BURNING IN YOUR HEART that is " the fire of ZEAL " .
it is there to make you zealous for the things of God ."IT IS A means to QUICKEN REVIVAL IN YOUR CHRISTIAN LIFE "
It is there to burn away coldness,and lukewarmness from your life and to make you hot in the heart of Christ .
He spits out lukewarmness out of his mouth from his heart.
(Read Revelation 3:15-16,19)

(THE FIRE ALSO STRENGTHENS YOU WHILE PRAYING AND ALSO STRENGTHENS YOUR PRAYER .)

the fire consumes lustful feeling in the heart and purifies it
and anytime you give your heart to any reviving content the fire would be stirred up within you.

if you are able to keep the fire burning then you could become a revivalist if you take steps to impart it into the lives of others by setting them ablaze for God.
(for what you have you can give )

WHAT QUENCHES THE FIRE ?
secular songs (very fast )
Prayerlessness
Immoral movies
Useless talking .
Etc .

WHAT KEEPS IT BURNING ?
WAITING upon the lord increases the fire .
MEDITATING the scriptures .
Praying in TONGUES alot .
Listening to REVIVING SERMONS
All help keep the fire burning .

It is a FIRE THAT IS ignited TO REVIVE YOU AND KEEP YOU REVIVED.
It is THE ZEAL OF GOD in your heart

See : psalm :39:3, Jeremiah 20:9, Luke  24:32.

HOW TO RECEIVE IT :
pray in TONGUES a lot for long EVERYDAY
practice waiting on the lord for AT LEAST ONE HOUR or THREE HOURS after prayer
meditate the scriptures especially at the point where you prayed .
STOP LISTENING TO SECULAR SONGS (it will Quench the flame )
STOP WATCHING IMMORAL MOVIES (it will fill yout heart with coldness )
STOP TALKING FOOLISHLY (it causes the fire to evaporate )
ATTEND TO BURDENS .(it keeps the fire alive and fans it to flame )

8.if you felt a literal weight (as if something is hanging on your heart, or as if you are about to choke) it is called " THE WIEGHT OF GLORY "
it means the light of God's glory rest upon your heart to give light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of jesus christ .
2 Corinthians 4 :6 (start from vs 3 read to vs 6 )
The face or image of Christ is the words of God. (See 2 Corinthians 3:18)
And (this ) his light gives understanding of his scriptures if you give your self to its meditation after praying for understanding before reading .(read Ephesians 1 :15 -18 please read it )

these experience would USUALLY happen when you are in the presence of God or while you are praying or reading the the words of spirit)

See :Act 2:37, 2 Corinthians 4:3-4

How to receive it :

it is in the hands of the holy spirit to do this.
Besides it not a gift, but only an operation of the Spirit.
You COULD experience this when you wait upon the lord in the place of prayer and meditation . it might take long practice of scriptural meditations and waiting onvthe lord before this happens to you .
or as God wills .
JUST ASK THE HOLY SPIRIT TO ENLIGHTEN the EYES of your heart and mind BEFORE YOU MEDITATE ON THE BIBLE . do that every now and then .

9. If you felt literal fire burning all over you body while you pray (not just a part or some parts) then you have been baptized with the fire of the holy spirit, as promised by the lord.

this is a POWER anointing,
It strenthens you in prayer

It also help to tame the flesh if you do pray in tongues strengthening you to spiritual path.

Praying in tongues REGULARLY help to keeps this operation alive .
Including weekly fast
And if you can practice WAITING ON THE LORD for long hours then a time will come when you will begin to feel like a river of fire been poured into you . or as if a pillar of fire stood on you .
I speak from experience .
many people want baptism of the holy spirit but they refused to wait for HIM .
The 120 people of the day of pentecost waited for the holy spirit.

You wouldn't struggle much while praying again but would be quicken with might in the inner man (see Ephesians 3 :14 -16)

How to receive it : ask with faith in prayer (desire it, have faith that you will receive, and expect it to come upon you immediately while you're praying)or while waiting after prayer (MANY TIMES WE LOSE THE ANSWER TO OUR PRAYERS NOT BECAUSE GOD DIDNT ANSWER BUT BECAUSE WE DONT WAIT TO RECEIVE THEM .

also know that :
PRAYING MUCH IN TONGUES can ignite the fire of the holy spirit IN YOUR SPIRIT.
If you believe in tongues then pray ,n tongues if you don't believe in tongues pray as God lead you .you are still a Christian



10.if while praying your head start turning around as if been driven by a force,
then you should know that the  Spirit of the lord is brooding upon you .

And you might have an anointing to fulfill a certain calling or Mandate.
so it's now your responsibility to find out what that responsibility is.

Although sometimes when this happens around you it might NOT be a SIGN of a CALLING but an overwhelming of the holy spirit.
See :Genesis 1:1-2 & 3, 1samuel 16:13, Isaiah 61:1, Luke 4:18.
How to receive it :ask that the hand, anointing, spirit and power of the lord rest upon you by faith in fervent and effective prayer .
(and keep asking till it happens ) 

11.some of this manifestations can be received through laying of hands , and impartation, from anointed ministers of God.

See:Deuteronomy 34:9,  2Timothy 1:6

12: all of these things that are mentioned needs to be serviced on altars regularly .
you must have a platform or time when you engage the ones that are gifts ,and you must have a prayer alter,Bible meditation alter,and a secret place where you wait upon God if you want these things to be given to you .

Most times God would check the capacity and the dedication of the one who is asking for these things before he gives them .
Sometimes you would be tested and sometimes it would be release to your by grace and God would expect you to make use of those things for the profit of his kingdom .

God does not give gifts just to satisfy the desires of people but he supplies his grace with the expectation that you will value what is given unto you and use it circumspectly and in conformity with the standards of the scriptures and give back the glory to him .

If you pray and didnt receive these things it might be because God has seen that you do not have the capacity to maintain the thing you asked for ,so it will be advisable that you first of all develop the capacity to handle what ever want to ask for ,and also develop a platform where that thing would be used for the edification of the people and for the benefit of the kingdom .

For example if you want the healing anointing then create time and start praying everyday and create time for fasting maybe weekly or monthly fast . learn to wait on God .
Go out and pray for the sick people wherever you can find them EVEN WHEN YOU DONT HAVE THE HEALING ANOINTING YET .

if you can do these things God will be moved to give you the healing anointing because he would have seen that you have created a platform to use the gift and an alter to maintain the gift after receiving it .

Someone who wants his spiritual eyes to be opened (especially a seer )must build capacity to be able to withstand what ever his or her eyes sees .
Can you stand if you should see a demon having nine heads , three hand and six leg ?

Can you do spiritual warfare ?
For how long can you fast or do night vigil ?
Can you be an intercessor ?
Can you bear burdens ?
Are you spiritually healthy (not living with or in a sin that could cause you to be cut off )
How long can you pray to withstood a satanic spirit .
Do you know the scriptures,and how much of it dwells in you ?

if you don't build capacity to deal with some of the spiritual things you are asking God for that could be the reason why you life would be miserable or ruined and you might even be destroyed .

So it is important to have a very definate ,concrete ,and scriptural reason why you want all of these things .
And if you find out you have them without asking in praying then thank God ,and then brace up for the challenges ahead of you .
You must be a tough ,principled ,disciplined ,obedient ,faithful, determined and very dedicated person to maintain these things .

I didnt write this last one to stop you from asking but to help you know what you should do before you ask and what you must do after your might have received that which you asked for .

[21]Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has ANOINTED US is God.

I want to state that though being inspired to write this by the Holy Spirit, the level of accuracy of what is written is according to the level my yieldness  and how much I was willing to be inspired.

Now that doesn't mean what they said is false or what I wrote is false, but the manifestations of each operation might differ from one person to another according to their various experiences .
but all things should be judged according to the mind of the scriptures and not only on experience or inspiration .
The operations and manifestations of the Spirit are more than the lists above.
but by seeking you shall find them, by asking you shall receive, and by knocking it will be open unto you - mysteries, dimensions of glory, and powers of the age to come.

The Fire you are feeling under the sole of your feet is a missionary anointing giving to you by God as a sign that you are to go preach is word across teriroties (might not necessarily be you traveling to nations but within your own community, state or nation)
Read the book of deuteromy chp - 11:24 and joshua chp 1:3 and malachi chp 4:3


Secondly :the fire you are feeling on your Palm is the healing anointing.
Read book of Mark5:23, mark 16:18, 1Corinthians 12:7-9 and the book of Act 28:8
For more understanding sir.
It is A gift giving to you by the Holy Spirit so you can have something to present as an evidence of the reality of the gospel (especially among the unbeliever)
But it is also for believers.
So if you see sick people pray for them by laying your hands on them (you can also pray for yourself whenever you felt sick.

Thirdly :the Weight you use to feel on your heart (chest) is called "THE WEIGHT OF GLORY" it is an heart touch of the holy spirit
This means the lord is touching your heart though it might not be because you are a sinner No! It is because that is the way he would touch people's Heart when you preach to them. Read the book of Act2:37, and 2Corinthians 4:4


So finally these THREE SIGNS that you felt MEANS you have the call of AN EVANGELIST
And if you practice evangelism by going to preach in different territories, and Praying for sick people then one day the lord would anoint your head by pouring oil on you.
As it is written Ephesians 4:8,11-12
[8]Therefore He says: “When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, And gave gifts to men.”
[11]And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
[12]for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,

BUT PRAY TO GOD THAT HE HIMSELF SHOULD GIVE YOU CLEAR AND OPEN REVELATION CONCERNING YOUR CALLING, AND ALSO ASK HIM FOR THE STRATEGIES HE WANTS YOU TO USE.

Learn to fast and pray and WAIT on the lord where you pray if you are not doing that before sir.
And make sure you pray for those you evangelize to after coming back from evangelism.

This has nothing to do with not having "a taste of a thing". It is about making clear a lie told in the name of God.

The baptism of Jesus Christ was physical - He was born of water, just as He said one ought to be. And then He was baptized by the very Spirit of God, an occurrence that was described in the physical as well.

It was not an "anointing" since anointings are of the Old Covenant Law of Moses. If you had in fact spent time with Jesus Christ Himself, you would realized this pivotal Truth of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.

Stop trying to twist the Truth so you can add your lies in the name of God. Jesus Christ never taught His apostles to believe in anointing, nor did He send them out to deceive people with stories of anointing, which again, are of the Old Covenant Law of Moses, and of not the Gospel of the Kingdom of God which we were sent out to teach instead.

Please concerning the dew as you mentioned it, do you mean it in literal terms or figuratively. I usually feel as if there's a wet substance on the fore part of my hair just in front of my head. I started having this feeling since January last year when the Lord instructed me to do away with artificial attachments on my head and stick strictly with my natural hair. This feeling I am describing is usually felt at least once a week, even when I am not praying. I never really understood what it meant. I will put my hands to dust out whatever it was on my hair, only to discover that I can't feel anything with my hands.
Please help me understand is that the dew you were referring to or is it the anointing? as I never really took that feeling seriously as it also happens even when I am not praying.

Yes the dew is literal and not figurative.
You would feel fall on you and yet you won't be wet.

Sing praises to God alot and it will intensify
But don't let your praise be because of the dew but praise God for who he is, so that you praises can be accepted as an act of worship.

The reason for the the is hunger and thirst for the presence of God.
Intercessors who are dedicated would walk under open heaven, and would have strange experiences.

A time would come you would feel the water in your mouth , even when you are not praying.
But prayer and praise intensifies this manifestation.

All these scriptures are talking about the same water, and how to have a drink is to THIRST FOR THE PRESENCE OF GOD,
IN PRAYER, FASTING, MEDITATING THE SCRIPTURES, singing PRAISES , AND WORSHIP, INTERCEEDING FOR THE HEALING (salvation) OF THE NATIONS and WAITING UPON THE LORD . etcetera
With a right motive: not because you want the water but because you want, and thirst after God.

The Fire you are feeling under the sole of your feet is a missionary anointing giving to you by God as a sign that you are to go preach is word across teriroties (might not necessarily be you traveling to nations but within your own community, state or nation)
Read the book of deuteromy chp - 11:24 and joshua chp 1:3 and malachi chp 4:3


Secondly :the fire you are feeling on your Palm is the healing anointing.
Read book of Mark5:23, mark 16:18, 1Corinthians 12:7-9 and the book of Act 28:8
For more understanding sir.
It is A gift giving to you by the Holy Spirit so you can have something to present as an evidence of the reality of the gospel (especially among the unbeliever)
But it is also for believers.
So if you see sick people pray for them by laying your hands on them (you can also pray for yourself whenever you felt sick.

Thirdly :the Weight you use to feel on your heart (chest) is called "THE WEIGHT OF GLORY" it is an heart touch of the holy spirit
This means the lord is touching your heart though it might not be because you are a sinner No! It is because that is the way he would touch people's Heart when you preach to them. Read the book of Act2:37, and 2Corinthians 4:4


So finally these THREE SIGNS that you felt MEANS you have the call of AN EVANGELIST
And if you practice evangelism by going to preach in different territories, and Praying for sick people then one day the lord would anoint your head by pouring oil on you.
