By the special Grace of God, IRCC will positively answer me this week. Like many have done with faith, let me tap into favour; I hereby book my thanksgiving and testimony this new week.

Below is a reminder mail I just sent to Nairobi and copying every other office that has ever worked on my my application through GCMS notes. I also copied their oga patapata, Hon. Mendocino. grin

Another one. There's nothing as good as DIY. Yes, one could seek help where necessary from gurus like Frankrobbn, justmellow, Lekkiboboe (now, Canadaboboe) and a host of others, but to be at the mercy of an agent, God forbid....

Just imagine. I have spoken with dozens of agents, especially on Instagram. You will be shocked that those who regularly visit this page are even more knowledgeable than these so called agents. Imagine an agent that doesn't even knw what MBS stands for.

And that woko got massive followers on Instagram(with that u will think Na confirm agent). If you listen to his audio voice note I swear bro it’s only God that can safe someone not to fall because he speaks with “sugar quoted mouth’’

Good
After a month and some days later, I received the GCMS today (3rd of September 2021) and I am shocked to find out that they used duplicated documents for my study visa applications that had already been used in several other applications and I was being accused of fraudulent documentation and misrepresentation and being hit with a 5 years ban from all Canada visa applications .

The annoying part alongside this is that this agent was given some time ( June to July) to inform me on the misrepresentation allegations and to challenge it if need be but he did not and if I had not applied for the GCMS note myself I wouldn’t even know that I had been banned for 5 years. Also because Canada, US and Australia share information and data base I have also been told that the chances of me getting a visa in those 3 countries are now slim to none.

I would appreciate any information and ideas on the important next steps I would need to take to possibly appeal this ban. 5 years no be joke ‍♂️. Please help a brother out

Hei God!!!! cry

Good afternoon everyone
Please I need someone to put me through studying in Canada
How does it goes please I'm interested and ready to apply
Good afternoon,

While you await response from others

First of all, you need to assess your level of education (academic profile) and in some cases work experience to know the kind of program you can/should go for, cos most of the time, the qualification and the type of program you go for determines the potential success of your study visa application.

You must have admission first, get your Letter Of Acceptance (Admission Letter) before applying for Canada Study Visa

That being said,

Your Response to the questions below would enable you to know the qualification & type of program you should go for (e.g PG.Cert, Masters, PHD, Post Doc)

- What did you studied in the University (B.SC or M.SC) or polytechnic (HND)?

- Do you have a 2.1 or 2.2, upper or lower credit?

- what year did you graduate ? (to address study gap)

- Do you have a job? If yes, what is the name of your Job, and what are your Job duties? (to know if your Job is related to your Degree)

- How many years work experience do you have in that Job?

Yes you can since you have a Bachelors degree and your CGPA is strong.

Also, it all depends on how convincing a Professor finds your cold mail, academic cv, required skills etc. which would make him/her conclude whether you gonna be a good for for his/her research group/lab or not and also if the Prof. has grants for research to fund graduate students.

Kudos to you for gaining those internship experiences and Skills. As a Business Administration graduate, It's more like a transition from NONSTEM to STEM for you and that has a potential of making a Professor of Business Analytics in a Canadian university or Universities have interest in you if it's mentioned on your Academic CV & Cold mails.

You are welcome, it's good you are being intentional and doing your due diligence.

Note:
Based on your last paragraph, be very careful not to send a Particular copy of cold mail to more than one professor (avoid sending a generic mail to all profs).
A cold mail must be specifically tailored to a Prof. based on his/her research areas and publication or publications.

That is, for instance, the cold mail meant for Professor Shawn Mendes would be different from the one you gonna be sending to Prof. Bryan Adams. So if you are gonna be mailing 30 profs. that means you gonna be drafting 30 different cold mails

You might want to see the contents in the links below if you haven't.

How does this chat justify anything? The writer said he provided his documents but what if the agent added his own repeated documents in the application? He does not have the login so obviously may not know the final submitted documents. Since this can be verified from the login on documents submitted so they can confirm this easily. It's also possible the applicant may have reached an agreement with the agent to provide some too. Si if he is innocent of this, why did he not reveal the Procedural fairness letter to him atleast to fight his chance ? Faithy also shared her experience with the said agent. Well, I wonder what people are expecting the agent to say at this point though?

Check the officer's note on the GCMS,where did he get duplicate documents ?is clearly the agent did all that
mastersammy:

With information reaching us now via pictures of the WhatsApp chat with agent , it appears you filled the form yourself and the agent claimed that all the documents submitted, that your the one that provided them.
So let me ask you, did you provide any forged documents or you tampered with your bank statement, bcus these could be wat led to the ban

Please what really happens after your school resumes and you still have not gotten a decision from IRCC?

Will IRCC still proceed to make a decision on your Application or would they not care to decide since knowing your resumption date has passed?

Please I need some answers!

Good evening Nairalanders, this is quite long but bear with me. Earlier this year (2021) I was referred to a page on IG that handles Canada study visa called “ Wokostravelofficial” . They apparently were into securing admissions for interested people at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada and I secured their services. After making all payments to one Kinsley Onuchukwu GTB 0568656274 (handler of the Wokos page) and successfully securing the admission, we moved on to the visa application stage and this is where things started going sideways.

This is highly a disservice from the agent, and really bad.....why not provide you with chance to read through all information provided on your application before submission.

Also, after the mail from IRCC, why not avail you access to respond.

Your last resort might be through judicial review.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by gaduchendu: 5:48pm On Sep 05, 2021
Not so bro

The whole process takes 3 to 4hrs, then they will give you the e medical slip which can upload to inform IRCC that you done your medical exam.

It shouldn't take an hour if you don't have health problems.

This guy was one of the people I contacted when I wanted to start my study abroad journey but I noticed he uses different numbers and some things he was telling me were totally different from what I know is possible I had to run for my life. Do it yourself guys. Learn it as questions and most importantly read everything on the IRCC website.
