What are the things that you think should be normalized?
For me, I think they should normalize not greeting "good morning, afternoon or evening" because not everyone is actually have a good day. Let it be a choice, not a must.
What about you? What is it that you think should be normalized?

Lol, that's disgusting. Hand shaking is one of the things that I would avoid if I see the chance to do so. Even now, after shaking someone with my right hand, I wouldn't be able to eat (slacks) with it again, so I would then use my left hand.
