Hello my name is ThankGod Ani, I want to share my experience with Amgray Logistics, I started using them last quarter of last year, at the beginning everything was going well until around January this year when they couldn't account for a pair of shoes that was delivered to their office on the 23rd of December .I wanted to stop doing business with them but their boss Maltida called and apologized saying they probably misplaced it during pack up for that week's shipment and promise to take extra care in handling my goods subsequently. I let it slide, refunded the customer and compensated him well. Everything was fine again until 11th of May this year when I had many laptops delivered to their US office, among them was a lot of 3 HP EliteBook Folio1040 G2 laptops I bought for 701.93 dollars, this was signed for and received by Mr. Gomez, and just as they normally do they sent me the delivery notifications of all the laptops they received for me that day, including the lot of 3 laptop (I will be attaching delivery notification email I got from them that day). However, when my goods arrived the lot of 3 HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G2 were nowhere to be found, I quickly contacted them via email they told me they would look into the matter and get back to me, after series of email messages to them, I woke up one Thursday morning and saw a mail from them saying "your 3 HP laptops replaced" I asked them to show me the laptops so l will see if they are the exact laptops, they told me they already moved it to their shipping warehouse that I would see them when l receive them. They charged me 47k plus for the shipping, when they arrived behold they were mainly scraps, 1 working HP 15 AMD Laptop, 1 dead tablet laptop and 1 HP 840 G3 Scraps that has no screen, no battery, no RAM, and no hard drive. I was very upset, I sent them a mail expressing my anger, but got no response, I sent Maltida messages on WhatsApp she told me she was not feeling well that she would call me, after 2-3 days she called and said she was not aware of the laptops they sent me because she had been down and that the 3 missing laptops that they probably mistakenly put them in another persons package, but she would personally get 2 working laptops and send to me and promised that they would not charge me for the shipping, I asked her to give me a shipping credit instead, but she refused and said that l shouldn't be angry and that it will not happen again. They sent 1 HP 15 AMD laptop and 1 HP Pavilion 14 laptop as the 2 replacements she promised. However, while we were still on that, they again misplaced another laptop, An ALIENWARE M15 I bought for 937.54 dollars delivered to their office on the 24th of June signed for and received by Mr. Seun alongside a DELL laptop. They sent me their delivery notifications as usual, however, they put the Dell in my box and made the Alienware disappear. I contacted them, they told me they received 5 laptops for me within the week of shipment whereas it was 6 laptops that delivered for me within that week of which their delivery notifications email attest to my claim. when the 2 last replacement laptops arrived, the HP 15 was working, but the Pavilion 14 would only turn on but shows nothing on the screen, amazingly, they still charged me for the shipping. I contacted them
venting my anger once more, Maltida called me and requested that I send all the laptops they sent as replacement for the lot 3 HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G2 back to their Lagos office. I Packed them up and sent them back to Lagos and was charged 5k for the warebill on the 24th of July, their Lagos office confirmed picking them up on the 26th July, since then till now they are yet to refund me for the 4 laptops that they took totaling 1,639.47 dollars not to talk of all the money they charged me for shipping those scraps to me totaling over 70k. They even stopped responding to my messages on email and whatsApp, Maltida even blocked me on her own WhatsApp. On 31st of August after I sent them messages via email and WhatsApp informing them that l would take any action l deem fit to recover my cash from this Septmeber, I was called by a man who said he was Maltida's husband telling me to exercise patience that they would refund me, which was the
same story they told me on the 26th JULY, I insisted that he gives me a date this time, he refused and even threatened that the worst l can do is go on social media, and if I do so, he can even claim that they didn't receive those laptops after all it will be my word against theirs ,but he forgot l have all the evidences including pictures, short videos and even audio recordings of our conversations on calls. He even pointed a case of Adelove shipping how he folded with some people's money and nothing happened. Are they planning on doing same? I will attach screenshots of all the things l said above and more evidences whenever they are needed for all to see .
I ask again, Amgray logistics, where are my laptops? Abi una don scam me?

Good morning, everyone.

I bought a TLC deal (hp omen) from @emmanu19 on the 22nd of April; it was delivered to me on the 6th of May.
The laptop was properly sealed when it arrived, even though he confirmed it was a used laptop, so I didn’t bother opening it.

After a week, i sold it to a reseller who sold it to another vendor.
The reseller didn’t bother checking either, because we’ve been conducting smooth business transactions for months & never had any issue.

When the vendor delivered the laptop, the buyer opened the box & confirmed that it had a crack.
So, it was returned to me.

Upon receipt, i contacted @emmanu19 & asked for pictures.
Of all the pictures he sent, he mysteriously didn’t take pictures of the cracked part & said that he would refund or pay “small money” as a rebate.

I asked him to hold on because, the reseller said, he could find someone to fix the frame & see if he could sell it afterwards, which would be a win win for all.

Unfortunately, he couldn’t repair it, so i told @Emmanu19 & he said he would return the exact amount i paid (465k) & that if I didn’t return it before the end of May, he wouldn’t take the laptop back.

I felt attacked because, i was only trying to settle the issue amicably, then he said the worst I could do would be to report him here & he wouldn’t reply.

I was surprised that he changed the narrative. It is lucid he knew the laptop had a crack before he shipped it & deliberately cropped the cracked part out of the pictures he took.

Yesterday, the 30th, I returned the laptop to his handler, only for him to say that, i wouldn’t get my money until he sells the laptop or after two weeks.

Proof is attached for all to see & judge. I hope he tenders his so all can see who is at fault.

Good evening house, I paid for Acer e3 111 midi PC advertised by teejay13 on NL. He advertised it for 35k and after I contacted him yesterday 07/07 and offered 30k, he said I should make payment if I was paying immediately. I asked his location and he said Abuja.
I asked if he sent something down to Akure. Ondo state before and he said no he has only done kwara state. I estimated waybill cost between 2500/3000 from previous deals I've done and mentioned it to him. He said he would check at the part the next day and get back to me when he is about sending it. I mentioned it to him that no matter the price the driver calls initially, he should price it down to 3k and he said he would try.
On reaching the park this afternoon, he said the driver said 5k and after multiple calls to and fro, the driver agreed to 3k and I said he should proceed with handling it over to the driver.
After I reached an agreement with the driver, he then called me and asked that what about him? That he would collect 1k from the driver and I'd add it to my bill.
I was like hows that?
Long and short, he collected the laptop back ohh from the driver. Now he insists that if psy 5k for delivery ohhh

On reaching the park this afternoon, he said the driver said 5k and after multiple calls to and fro, the driver agreed to 3k and I said he should proceed with handling it over to the driver.
After I reached an agreement with the driver, he then called me and asked that what about him? That he would collect 1k from the driver and I'd add it to my bill.
I was like hows that?
Long and short, he collected the laptop back ohh from the driver. Now he insists that if psy 5k for delivery ohhh

I am glad he brought this issue to the dispute thread for resolution. However, even though he failed to understand how far i went just to make sure this parcel get across to him. akinsoft01 If you could remember i iterated it to you that the cost of delivery from Abuja to your location is 5k even though you were insisting that you can only afford 3k for it, then I also insisted you wait first let me get to the park and get back at you. On arrival at the park the delivery agent insisted on 5k, Which after tomany plea with the driver conveying the item he now insisted he was going to collect 3k for the delivery. There and then i explain things to you that you should send 4k however you refuse to understand with me. Let me say this to you that this very laptop in question was actually a distress sale and was sold even lesser than what i bought it. oweing to the fact that I needed cash to sort out my bills. In fact i even went as far as replacing the keyboard for a brown new only because of a malfunctioning key so as to make sure the laptop is in good condition and that you get value for your money and knowing how difficult money is to get. That aside, the button line of this all is that you were not ready to reason and comply with me. In fact I have to even beg you to send directly to the drivers account yet you were not complying and that was why I left back.

Am supposed to pay the uber man I hired 1600 for a tor and fro movement, however, I then requested for only 1k from him so as to make it up and pay the person who took me to the park. But then after noticing he was not ready to comply but rather took me for a child, I decided to leave back with the parcel.

To me it was not the 1k that was actually my grudge, he actually took me for granted. Like what the Bleep can I do. Infact I was the one even calling and calling for him to send the delivery money to the driver so i release the item to the driver for delivery. But he was rather prolonging the issues and decided to bring it to the dispute thread
