It's not that deep pls. This used to be me too but I asked myself how long I ll keep running to peoples place to sleep when I have my own space and it clicked, that was all. Now I sleep alone and even put off the lights, I started sleeping alone with lights on tho.

If you have kids I don't think you should be scared but if you are yet to have
Make sure you charge all that is rechargeable importantly your mobile.
Do all that is to be done in the day.
Once it's time to sleep get into your room shut the doors forget what's in the other parts of the house. You can sleep with lights on or sleep with rechargeables on. Your phones can keep you company too till you're sleepy. Zero your mind because it's all in your head. Keep practicing little by little you'll stop being scared and become the woman of your house.
There's nothing to be scared of.
