From my own opinion..
Everyone gets a chance at life..it depends on how you use it and the choices you made in life..
Every poor person has at least a chance of leaving poverty..

So yes being poor or rich is by choice..

If you were born poor, no big deal. But if one dies poor then it is hundred percent that person's fault. Rich or poor, the choice is definitely yours to make.
