For reasons I don't know, I get cough from eating pop corn. Don't know if it's just me.

I bought the newer version of NINJA grill in the video. I use it to grill mostly fish. Very great when you don't want to go outside to grill especially winter grilling.
I will try the meat you posted one day when I tire of this my lifestyle

These days ninja is really trying a lot. So much improvement. After swearing not to go near them I ended up getting another blender from them just last week. It look so sleek, good but still can't beat vitamix.

I eat raw lettuce a lot. If I want to eat suya or grilled meat, I use lettuce. I ditched eating grilled meat with cabbage long ago to lettuce.
Lettuce taste like our garden egg leaf. Has loads of iron. And it does not disturb the stomach. You can get daily iron by munching on few.
