- Two cups of flour - Half cup of sugar - Two teaspoon baking powder - One tablespoon fat - Half teaspoon nutmeg - Half teaspoon salt - Half cup whole milk - One large egg - A little water (if the milk is not enough) - Vegetable oil (for frying)
