It’s PPR

God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through? Numbers 23vs 19

Program: Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Accounting, University of British Columbia (UBC DAP). The program reads Diploma in Accounting but my admission letter actually showed a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Accounting.

Self-Sponsored Student

Approved Permanent Residence Application but awaiting PPR. The delay was obviously due to COVID. How I knew it was approved was because I ordered my GCMS notes in December 2020. This is to further confirm that Dual Intent is allowed.

Application Submitted-April 2nd 2021

Eligibility Started/1st Ghost Update- April 16th 2021

Upfront Medical-8th May 2021

Medical Passed/2nd Ghost update: 18th May 2021

Ordered 1st GCMS note (CBSA): May 18 2021 received 13th July 2021 with Eligibility showing recommend Interview an info sharing complete.

3rd Ghost Update: June 17 2021

Ordered 2nd GCMS Notes (IRCC): 5th July 2021 and received 20th August 2021 with Eligibility showing recommend Interview and Info sharing complete

BVL and PPR: 14th September 2021

Documents Submitted:

All IMM forms

SOP AND LOE

Admission letter

International Passport

MBS ($30,000) and IELTS

Employment letter, Confirmation Letter, Promotion Letter and work Id

Treasury bill Certificates

Stanbic IBTC Pension Statement

Undergraduate Certificate

Professional Certificate in Business Accounting

Undergraduate Transcript

NYSC Certificate

Father’s Property Documents (Two C of O’s).

The wait was long but it eventually ended in praise.

I wish everyone here awaiting decision a positive response. And to those that were denied, do not give up. Please order your notes and re-fire.

I applied for PR last year March but I am yet to get PPR. The delay is largely due to COVID. But I ordered my notes in December 2020 to know the status and that was where I saw that my file was approved.

My SP application was submitted this year, April 2nd 2021.

Wow, that is nice, a big congratulations to you.

Zocken:
Guys, please help me. How best can I address this situation?
One is the issue of lump sum. I gave 10m (in 3 tranches) to someone for business for over 4 months. He is paying tl pay back now and I want to use it to support my wife's visa application. How can I prove it?

The 2nd issue is her occupation/ experience vis a vis her proposed course of study. She has BSc Accounting(2008), Msc Policy Analysis(2016). She is also ANAN Chartered (2017). She's got admission for PDG Accounting(College ;2 years) and Master of Organizational Management (University;1yr). We have a company (fully registered) which we use for general contract (she's the highest share holder) and also works as an Auditor with a Federal Government agency for over 10 years, albeit with a salary of less than 100k. Her current account balance is about 4m with reasonable inflow and outflow for the last 3 months.

Now to my worries;

(1) Which course is best for her considering her work experience, study gap, salary and financial situation?
(2) I want her to be self sponsored and I want the 10m paid into her account. 5m has already been paid into the company account. How do we explain this lump sum payment considering that the company hardly does any contract (the last major payment into the account was 27m in 2014)?

People of God, please share your thoughts. I believe we are all here to help one another....
Waiting for suggestions from the gurus please. Na beg I dey...

Perfectyyyyyy:
Thanks. Greatly!

Another question, she has two Human Resources Companies that was registered with CAC and bank statements since 2020 and 2021 respectively. She runs the company as a part-time because her job is full-time and the company only supplies workers to organization that are in need to applicants as well as goods delivery . So she gets extra money daily and she pays herself from the company account monthly.

In the SOP and LOE would she capture the full-time and part-time work or pick one and ignore the other?

Not so much in our business account. Can she get a PPR with only her personal account?

You are welcome

Get across to @JustMellow (gcmswriters on Instagram, IG) as regards your SOP

Thanks so much for the feedback,
I thought the TRV is the same except the notation for visitor which is indicated as V-1 on TRV and Student TRV notation is S-1,
Review CIC website, the student permit issuance at the airport is issued against approval letter from the embassy’s,

Are you saying this based on your personal reasons or that was what was stated in your GCMS notes?

If you feel that was the reason for your refusal, then you know what to do to get your Visa in your next application..

But I will advise you order your GCMS notes so we can see the other areas of concern from the Visa Officer..

Correspondence Letter: September 13
Original Passport Request: September 13

Thanks to everyone for your guidance. I didn't see it coming. Thanks to God.

I have a little concern tho. I deferred my admission till Next Fall (2022) already.

Does anyone have a connect of how I can get my COVID jab, so that I can travel as soon as possible.

Every advice is highly appreciated!

Congrats on your ppr. But please having deferred, pls cross check that you are still eligible to travel at this time.

The form A won't have been cancelled since paymentwas made before the school cancelledhis admission, the date the form A was made as long as it's before the cancellation would have been your evidence that payment has been made before deadline.
Globalk:
not yet , has paid Tru form A but never reached school bf cancelled, so we cancelled the form A. What's your advice for this guy, he's so depressed now

 Hello Nairalanders,
I was wondering if there is something wrong with my question. I have asked several times if there is anyone who is heading Dalhousie University in Halifax
I got admitted. I was called for Medicals last week and was able to do it yesterday 13.09. I had my first jab of vaccine on the 10.09. This implies that my second jab will be on the 11.10. I will have my full protection two weeks later. That means the earliest time I could get into Canada is 26.10.
My classes began on the 07.09. I have registered some classes online and have started some online classes. My questions are:
Is anyone headed to same Uni?
Is anyone in same situation as me? Is the arrival date of 26.10 too late?
Did you get an enrolment letter from school? Is this mandatory at point of entry?
Please anyone with any useful information to Dalhousie should help out a brother.
Thanks in advance.

Hello guys,

whats the best connect to order GCMS or CBSA notes?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by viviangogos(f): 1:39pm On Sep 14, 2021
Hello,
There is no implication on you if you decide not to use your Canada Visa really. It's even a plus to have your visa than when you have a refusal and proceeding to another country, the background checks become very tight to be sure there is nothing incriminating that led to the refusal. However, I am so curious to know what could be your reason of wanting to ditch Canada for US or UK. You cannot compare the PR plans of any of those to Canada. In all, I wish you all the best with the decision you decide to make.

Hi all
Your experienced input is required. Thanks in anticipation for your response.

I have a Bsc in Biochemistry 3.68/5-2014
Masters in Env Mgt (course based) 4.51/5 -2019
Worked as an administrative asst/customer service 4rm 2017-2020
Currently working as a production chemist (grad trainee) since feb 2021

No publications only final year research

I plan on trying study route gal 2022 these are my considerations.

1. Thesis based MSc in Env chemistry/bio assessment and monitoring claiming research/thesis is my reason for a repeated masters as It will enable me to proceed for PhD
2. PhD but with no In-depth research experience, no publications and a course based Masters etc feel my chances are slim

3.Pgd/pgc in chemistry technician claiming career progression and knowledge gap since I currently work in the laboratory as a chemist.

Please advice on the most effective path that will secure me Visa.

A friend of mine is applying for study visa, through an agent.
He did his biometrics since June 2nd and he’s yet to be called for medicals.

I knew my app wasn't perfect when I joined this NL few weeks ago because of what I was seeing on this platform.. Smiles...I didn't even have enough information when I submitted in May. It's God that did it.

It will end in praise for others that are expecting their ppr.
