Ole is a very good manager and a below average coach, almost two extremes which is quite unfortunate. he's done very well to bring the club to this point, it seem this is the peak of his powers.
he didn't show that he learnt anything from the Europa League final other than making subs. those subs were made like 'make them no complain say I no use my bench again'.
I am also concerned about Mike Phelan and his contributions behind the scenes. all those years as Sir Alex's assistant surely has to count for something.

I dont have any problem eith Trippier. My worry is why are we chasing the obvious targets, Sancho, Varane, Trippier, Rice ETC, why not just be creative for once and unearth a talent. Have you heard of Mendy before?

Yes Ole is an average coach tactically, be them Phelan, McKenna and Carrick are not also up to par tactically. I wonder what they bring to the table because it's very hard to see.

Trent Arnold is leagues ahead of AWB when it comes to attacking.

Could never see AWB scoring a goal like that. Trent has gotten so much better at defending the last two years. Yeah he's not some tackling savant but he's turned into a great defender. AWB on the other hand is practically the same player he was when he joined utd..
