send an email to IOM ikeja with your passport bio page and the medical request letter. You should get a very early date.

I suggest your dad pays the required sum into your account. Execute a deed of gift with your dad and have a notary public attest to the deed of gift. Attach a birth certificate and maybe pictures of you together that would suffice. That way they only see the money (gift) he paid to your account and there would be no need for him to bring his account statement. I used a similar method. In my case, it was my sister that gave me the money (gift). So it was just my account statement and the deed of gift that I submitted as proof of personal funds in addition to the scholarship from the school.
Okay, I understand your point but my dad don’t have an international passport can we just use his birth certificate and other documents?

Good evening,

Please I have a question for the house.

Is it a must to submit IELTS to IRCC for study permit application even if you got your admission without it?

Due to the loss of the slip he probably can't verify if u truly did it in Lagos hence the request to pay a transmission fee. My best advise would be to make the payment and sce urself the stress

Gloryyssssz:
Hello everyone please I want to confirm something.
So I sent my passport to VFS Lagos cause that’s where I did my biometrics.
I did my biometrics last year but I can’t find my slip so I just attached my BVL letter to show that I did biometrics.
Now one mr Gabriel from VFS Lagos just called me now saying that I have to pay transmission fee.
Please I’m quite confused how true is this?

Hi guys, recently just found this thread. Honestly you guys are amazing. Apparently I have been requested to get my medicals done on the 15th of September within 30days. Tried booking via qlife website but no slot available until November, I had to send them my medical request instruction/ bio data and summary sheet and I was scheduled for 12th October. Is it okay to say my date is safe or does it mean they have to get my results before 30 days expires?
Thank you

Congregations. Talking about the affidavits of return to Nigeria after completion of study, what if you get to Canada and see a nice job offer after graduation and decided to stay back won't it have effect? I want the Guru in the house to help answer this question as well.

Its not everyone that has the luxury to keep track of information shared here. Hence I suggested we have a group. Just a personal opinion dear.
Why not share whatever information available here for the benefits of the larger community? If others had groups, would this platform be this rich? People like you are selfish. Group arrangements are not encouraged here biko

This is the same reason I got too but I have ordered for my GCMC note

Hi guys,
Greetings.
I have followed this app behind the scene for quite some time. Sincerely, I must confess that God gave some gifts to men and they're indeed using it helping humanity. The professional advice you give out here are top notch and they're free o, Kia!

To God be the glory. My study permit application was refused on the 10th of September. I applied in May 16th, biometric 25th May.

I want to reapply but I have learned that it's expedient to order for gcms note before I re-fire

Please, I need advice on whom to address the letter to and to the email to send to.

Thank you.

The Study Permit application package as a whole should be able to convince the responsible visa officer that the applicant would depart Canada immediately after their studies. Hence, it goes way beyond the Affidavit of Return. The wordings on the statement of purpose or study plan should also be speaking that same language, so; the affidavit is just an additional document of proof to buttress what has been documented in the statement of purpose because one of the binding rules on study permit is to prove to the assessing visa officer and even the Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) that the applicant or incoming immigrant will depart Canada when the study permit expires.

Once the applicant can fulfil those conditions by resuming for studies and completing the program without violating their law and decides to apply for the Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) and gets approved, the person would no longer be bound by the study permit conditions but that of the Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP). The person can then decide to follow that process legally till the Permanent Resident Permit is secured.

So to answer your question, the answer is no as long as the person does not break their law and follow their rules.

Cheers!

You need to convince the VO you will return to your country after studying. This document just gives them a legal assurance.
