As I proceed to start sharing VAs, I wish to state clearly that:

1. Not all the vacancies are restricted to the UN. Most however, are international or multinational organisations, UN vacancies inclusive;

2. I will try to restrict the vacancies shared on this thread to those requiring very minimal years of experience;

3. If you need any clarification or further explanation in describing the terms on any vacancy you are interested in applying for (which of course suits your profile), please feel free to ask.

4. The locations for these vacancies could be in any part of the country; East, West, North or South. Emphasis on North smiley Even me sef, Na North I dey

4. Apart from sharing these vacancies and supporting in packaging your CV and cover letter (once-in-a-while) for any of the roles posted here, I have no other help to render. The only other help I have to render is to explain, with practical examples of how the "God factor" can not be underestimated in this pursuit, which will come up much later as the thread progresses;

5. Let's continue to maintain decorum on this thread.

Thank you

Most of the job posting on UN site are temporary appointment, is there any way one could access permanent appointment job posting ?

Please, if peradventure a candidate is selected for the written test and oral interview, what is the timeframe to get feedback?
Also, what's is the chance of getting a UN job after oral interview?
Thanks.

Timeframe depends on how fast they want to fill up the position... can range from one month to 3months...or even more.

Chances of getting the job after oral interview is 50-50, cos other candidates where also interviewed for the role. So just stay positive and hope for the best.

Hope this answers your question.
