Infact Na from airport your suffer and disrespect go start especially with those with green passport please move this way.if them use 5 to 10 mins search others, you wey be nigerian them go use several minutes to search you and dissect all your belongings because they already think you're a criminal or drug trafficker because you're nigerian or you're carrying a green passport.

Thank God we're in ember month.by December again they'll come and deceive fools with I earn 1 thousand dollars a day and some nigerians who are relatively doing well for themselves in Naija will be stupid enough to sell their houses and car to travel out.one lecturer did it and he ended up being a gateman for a company, them give am uniform to wear.he dey suffer pass abok1 but shame no gree am come home because he has nothing if he comes home.i know of a secondary school principal who did similar thing, she dey pick dirty for Street for a living.principal o wey get master's degree.

There are another set of gullible Nigerians who use sending their children abroad as a status symbol meanwhile they pay through their nose and teeth to sponsor their kids abroad .they borrow money from all sorts of people so they can have the Bragging rights to say Omo mi study ni Oxford University only for the child to finish his degree there and they are telling him to go back home,he too will come and drag employment opportunities with Nigerians in Nigeria because there's nothing for him there

Anyway misery loves company.when Nigerians are suffering abroad, they don't like to suffer alone, they do all the most filthy jobs and then when it's Xmas, come home to form fake big boy to impress people who can be easily fooled.if a Nigerian is actually making good money with little or no stress, they will never invite you.ko possible because he will want to feel like an obi cubana so he can dominate and see people to worship him.you too think of it.why is he trying hard to convince you to come and join him? You think he loves you that much?
Fact and very onpoint. Most of us in naija are just foolish. The abroad thing made sense in the 80s and early 90s, but not now anymore.

Naija is far better, asides security and way things are done here, favouritism and bad policies from corrupt and incompetent leaders. The country is far better than those places we run to.

The Cyprus you are talking about is known as KKTC, also known as Northern Cyprus. Which is far different from the Cyprus we all see on BBC and CNN

I lived in KKTC for about 3yrs. I lived in gazimagusa, very close to EMU. The country is strictly Controlled by turkey and very expensive. Racism is high there, food very expensive, house rent..don't even go there
...some landlord charge in dollars, for 3yrs there I no sleep with woman cuz they were expensive to hire. An our naija girls eyes don tear

I wouldn't advise my enemy to go there.... It is not abroad

Uncountable Nigerians are scattered all over the world doing menial or even very stressful jobs.

Nigerians that are not into illicit activities in those places are just wasting their time. Their own people in UK can do anything to earn pounds. Infact, Nigeria has failed many people.

2021. Things are extremely expensive now in America. A lot of Americans are about to be evicted from their houses because of rent pay. Fuel, foodstuffs, Health Insurance, education some are even paying their education loan 20-30 years after their graduation, things most Nigerians enjoy naturally. Inflation is rising over there but most of you thought the problem of the world start and end in Nigeria. You still receive calls with your network providers even if you don't recharge for two months plus which is not the same in America, you must pay your bill every month whether you have credit or not in your phonecan't I leave without a phone?.

IPIGSRDOTARDS:
Many many Nigerians suffering and smiling in Europe. I once landed in Rome on a 2 day visit and took the train to Termini station, as soon I I got to the train station I saw Nigerians sleeping on the floor like agbero for Lagos.
One of them approached me to assist with my luggage and direction. I asked her what are you people doing at the station, she told me that there's no job and they help people for change at the station.
This woman at that time have be about 40 to 50 years old and thr struggles is written all over their faces.
I didn't let her help me but I have her what I can afford to help out. My hotel was actually across the street from the station hence each time I walk pass the station while in Rome, I'll see bunch of Nigerian basically begging for change at the station.
Pathetic, better to live in Nigeria with dignity than living like slaves in Europe. And this was way before Covid pandemic. I'm sure it's worse now.
I saw similar situation in South of France back in the early 2000s, the guys look like slaves, na by force to live in Europe?
Have seen couple of Italy born citizens moving to the UK for better life... when they interviewed them....there where like "we had to relocate to UK for the sake of our kids future ".

Na that same country wey Italian they run comot naija people will decide to reside...

Is good to make proper assignment before anyone take a move

It's not your friend but my friend cos I warned her before travelling having been there but she didn't listen. She was busy converting the money into dollars forgetting that she's not gonna spend naira there. Mind you those even earning 200,000 in the same company with her in Nigeria are doing better here. Some are already building their house. It depend on how prudent you are. I know most of you kid on nairaland believed life over there is better than Africa, I feel una pain cos most of you still live under the roof of your parents and haven't seen the other world.
I believe your story, but I guess she maybe living an expensive life in the US...

I reside in LA and I manage my income with the naija mentality sprit...
Here you can leave large if you earn around $4k upward but it's gonna affect your savings

No Police harassment, civilized and friendly people, so respectful, anyone that told you that Cambodia is shit like Nigeria is living in illusion. Cambodia is thousands of miles better than that zoo. In fact any country that zoo is better than is not in this world, that country must be hell itself
There is no country without police harassment keep that in bank esp. if you are black, america is the most civilized country in the world, are black americans free from police harassnent huh
I made my contribution from a broad view not base on cambodia, however cambodia may be well organised than nigeria but she is surely not as rich as nigeria(resources wise). why would any industrious minded person wana leave naija/zoo for a country that does not make the list of 50 most developed countries in the world, lost & curious grin

And they are quite racist and particularly hate Nigerians. Trust our kinsmen, they have went as far as Georgia to spread their bad seeds. Nigeria is far better than that place, and I'll rather live in Ghana than Georgia.

As for Kazakhstan, men survive there with teaching English, some lie that they are Americans just to get by, and the locals are somewhat ignorant not to tell that the person before him can't speak good English. In the end, it is shame and pride that got them stuck there. They became a victim of the typical Nigerian flamboyance. Oppressing folks back home that they are abroad, feeling egoistic, and they can't go back to being humble.

I'm of the opinion that lots of people are suffering due to their own making. They are the victim of themselves, the oppressed and their own oppressor. Its a weird way of thinking, but that's the basic definition of hell. To suffer due to your own making. And they suffer because of their useless pride and wanting to hit it big, instead of just work hard and grow. Also, ignorance.

I met a guy in Kharkiv (Ukraine) in 2018, an agent told him that Ukraine is in schengen, and that with an Ukrainian visa, he can just cross over to any schengen countries eg Germany. He paid a huge sum, got the visa and got stuck there. Ukraine is the third poorest country in the Europe after Moldova and Albania. He is suffering because of his ignorance, something that a basic Google search will cure. We live in a period where the totality of human knowledge is in your hands (smartphone), but ignorance is still a thing. Sometimes I don't feel sorry for these folks. They are the cause of their problem. As one lay his bed, he shall lie.

THE TRUTH IS YOU ONLY WENT TO THAT COUNTRY CAUSE

1. YOU DINT HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO GET INTO THE GRADE A COUNTRIES US CANADA UK

2. YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT DOING WELL IN NIGERIA HENCE THE DECISION TO MIGRATE TO A COUNTRY YOU KNOW NOTHING OF

3. YOU HAD NO SOLID PLAN BEFORE MIGRATING NO SKILL SET NO JOB EXPERIENCE ETC HENCE YOU ONLY BE CAME A LIABILITY THERE WITH NO OPPOURTUNITY FOR GROWTH

4. SO IN YOUR CASE WHETHER YOU STAY IN NAIJA OR CYPRUS THERE WONT BE ANY DIFFRENCE

5. THE REASON YOU ARE ACTUALLY COMPLAINING IS YOU THOUGHT YOU CHANGING CONTRIES MEANT YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR SITUATION BUT YOU PROBABLY NEED TO DEVELOP YOUR SELF FIRST AND HAVE A PROPER PLAN
