They not north) governors seem to be Fulani and most past presidents, military head of states from there are Fulani.

1) Form a resilient southern bloc
2) Aggressively court the North Central and integrate them into a southern agenda.
3) Play the religious divide with wisdom. Don't let the north west use Islam to shatter a southern bloc.

And you have your power. Ensure anytime south or NC has power ensure the north west is dealt with in the same proportion the south was excluded during a northern presidency.
