Those of you saying 0/0=2 is the problem are not answering the question correctly. That is actually the challenge which the guy is trying to prove so your focus should move from the question to the prove(solution).
Having said that, I will say the problem is in this (10+10)(10-10) this is not the same as 10²-10²

I need you all to look at the attached picture below, and point out the spot where the whole mathematics started going wrong.
..
Thanks..

You cannot start with nonsense and end with sense...na how you wan divide 0 by 0!

Modified: Dividing 0 by 0 is tantamount to dividing infinity by infinity and it is in such a problem your technique breaks down!

na zero make u fear pass because it is unknown and anything can come from it

If you're talking of classic maths nothin means nothing excect you add another factor there or value

Ah, zero means at all at all, nothing ,. Ko ko ko

On sub atomic zero might have a big value but that a reverse calculation fro below zero, and of course what classical mathematics can not grasp

But for now zero means emptyness

Sorry this section here in the pic below is mathematical incorrect.

You have divided zero by zero (0/0) and
and that cannot happen in mathematics. Dividing anything by zero is undefined i.e. leads to an unknown result.

No, it's correct actually. During factorization process, we don't see it as 0/0, (10-10)/(10-10) cancels out because they are the same equation, that's how factorization works. So the equation is correct

I think step 3. You were supposed to factorize both the denominator and numerator at the same. Not factorizing the numerator alone

10²-10²/10(10-10)
It's correct sir grin

10 raised to the power of 2 gives 100, so that's a mathematical representation of 100. For the dividend 10(10-10), it's also represents (100-100) when we open the bracket 10(10-10).

Sorry this section here in the pic below is mathematically incorrect.

You have divided zero by zero (0/0) and
and that cannot happen in mathematics.

Doing that leads to a situation called 'undefined' in mathematics. Meaning that you would get an unknown result and hence you are not allowed to do it within the mathematical laws of the planet.

That has nullified the quest of your calculation. The result is mathematically unacceptable.

Cheers.

But at the point you circled, you are not mearnt to know that 10-10 is zero. It could have been (x-y) at that point. The point is that the factors as a whole (in a bracket) are divisible and exactly cancle out.

The method is interestingly correct.

It's cancelling 10−10 (dividing above and below the line with 0). All you did was just to find a new name to call 0/0 (which is indeterminate)

That's where the fallacy came in.

There's nothing wrong in this equation, this is a Mathematical Theorem, when you solve mathematical analysis, you will get the point.

(10-10) is zero, and you cannot cancel out zeros. That's where it's wrong.

There's actually no need to introduce the 10.10 because we could represent 100 as 10 raised to the power of 2 like he did in the next line

I don't know how you come across all those figures. I only know that Zero divided by zero is UNDEFINED. As someone with numbers, I know two facts about zero: Any fraction when has a zero in the numerator will give a decimal value of zero only. Any fraction with zero in the denominator will have an infinite value of its decimal form. In mathematics, there are rules of engagement. I didn't set the rule but I have to accept it because it is a fact.
