Even if IRCC won’t find out, Is not even advisable to keep it away coz of future prospect, someone might even need it along the line. We’ve read about people going to for 2nd masters and they got approved.

Yes i very much understand you. Thank you. Though most people's plans will never align with mine. I plan going for another masters after my pgd.

Please I posted this on the SOWP thread although still yet to get a reply...please if there's anyone who has genuine answers, please reply...Thank you

Please can someone just reply...I have some urgent question.
Can my husband apply for SOWP for me whilst still in Nigeria or should he wait when he travels to Canada before applying?
*Does he need to open a separate GCkey for me and my child?
*Do my baby of two years plus need biometrics and medicals?
*Do I need to write ielts?
I work here too....but I don't have enough money in my account... Can only his MBS be enough? And lastly...
*How can we proof home tiles?
Please someone should reply.

There is a new CBN policy in place to include living expense of 3k per semester. This can only be transferred to an account opened in your name and yes,it will be done via form A except this is for the student's living expense

Pls, urgent enlightenment is needed; the admission was deferred to next year's spring (May Intake) and the question is; is it still necessary to upload a new LOA after PPR dropped since it's not being asked before the decision was taken?

Thanks!

Bank can pay your living expenses and rent too provided its stated in your admission/school fees bill and payment is directly to school account.

For example if you want to stay in the school hostel instead of staying off campus the bank can pay to the school.

Sorry for bothering you again.

Which Canadian college offers 1-year post graduate program in Accounting?

I don't know the moniker of the Nairalander who has all these information, I would have quoted him.

Please, reply this post and quote his moniker if you know it.

Thanks in anticipation.

Good day,

On an average, how long does it take to get your passport back after submission to VFS in Lagos?
Is it also possible to submit your passport from another country if you're overseas at the time of receiving PPR?

Please can I get the contact for Frankrobbn1 and do you have an idea how much he do charge for assistance in packaging documents for study visa submission?

Enjay316:
This foreign agent, has he handled study permit for Nigerians before ?. cos I prefer u use ppl like Frankrobbn1 ooo.He has experience with complex imigration cases. This V.O in Nairobi treat Nigerian study permit differently than other Countries o.its only in Nigeria we see refusal because the course u want to read is not a reasonable expense. Are u d one to decide what is a reasonable expense 4 d applicant even when the applicant has paid his school fees and shown all evidence that the fund is available, u still deny the person that d proposed course is not a reasonable expense

Hello Champ

Sorry for the late response, I have been so occupied in the past days...

Now to your question, Have you informed the clinic of this? i.e The timeline for you to do your Medicals, cos I wanna assume the clinics should give priority to Medical request applicants than Upfront Medical Applicants...

Since its only Qlife you contacted, you can also contact IOM to see if they can give you a closer date..

But in all, I will advise you go to the clinic very early in the morning with your Medical request letter and let them know that the deadline for your medicals is very close and plead with them, do not relent. I am sure they will consider you..

I know somebody that did this and did his Medicals that same day, but the person got their as early as 6am..

Also you can meet someone that has a closer date that is willing to give out the date, I remember one moniker putting it up on this thread of not interested in doing his/her Upfront Medicals and wanna give the date out.... So try to go through previous post and see if you can come across that Post...

So do any of this suggestions, I am sure you will find a way doing your Medicals..

Hope this helps..

Peace
ChampO:
Hi Makano,

I couldn't get a date (within 30days IRCC gave me ) to do the medicals, the next available date is 9th November with Qlife.
Is there a way to go about it?
I also saw it on my medical form that if I couldn't get a date within the 30days window period, I should inform the IRCC office ASAP.
Will this in anyway affect the processing or influence the decision ?

Guys.
Great job here.
God bless you all.

I NEED YOUR HELP!

1. Which schools would you recommend for a civil servant with 10years experience in Taxation? (Age 37)
Colleges or Universities?

2. Graduating with HND(lower credit) Business Administration in 2008, what course(s) would you recommend I opt for?

3. Proposing to be a self sponsored applicant, how much would be you think should be sufficient as a bank balance?

Thank you guys.

Hello Zocken

It depends on how you wanna go about this...

1. Some hide their previous Msc and just make use of their Bsc to apply for their Visa application with a Msc LOA and get their Visa... But with this, you will have to remain silent on your previous MSc all through your stay in Canada to avoid misinterpretation later in the future i.e when applying for PR and also Citizenship cos Canada keep records of the details of all applicants from the very 1st time you apply for your study permit Visa or any kinda IRCC visa..

2. Some declare their previous Msc and apply for their Visa application with a new Msc LOA and get their Visa.. But with this, you must be more than ready and capable to convince the Visa officer on why you are going for another Msc and not PHD which is a higher degree.. You can do this with a strong and convincing SOP and LOE...

Peace

Zocken:
Good morning guys. Please help sharw your thoughts on this. For someone who has Bsc Accounting, is it advisable to study PDG Accounting (2 yrs) or Master of Management (1 yr)? She has Msc, but has decided to be silent on that. Also, she has work experience of over 10 years as an Auditor, but the pay is less than 80k (government job). She is into property business and event planning. Candid views please

Hello Chiso

To the best of my knowledge, spousal permit can be done when the applciant is in Canada.. Reason is because one of the major requirements for applying for a spousal permit is for the applicant to apply with his/her study permit and also SIN, and you cant get these two until you enter Canada..

You both can do family application i.e application for your hubby, yourself and your child as we have seen many applicants going through this route and getting their Visa... A moniker of recent(I think last 2 weeks or last week) got Visa for herself, her hubby and kids.. You can read back and get the moniker so you can contact her on how she did hers...

IETS is not compulsory for a study permit application, its only compulsory for EE application..

Yes a baby of 2 will have to do Medicals, but I think their prices is different from the normal adult price... You can confirm this when you get to the Clinic..

Peace

IN MY OPINION :
Section 1 has a lot of options, just make research

Section 2: Personally, I would suggest you go for “Business General” or “International Business” course, any course that sha get ‘business’ in it sha
Okay
Section 3: Speaking from my experience, I am a self sponsored applicant, I submitted 3 months accounts statement, but I have done 25m NGN transactions within that months and I had 10m NGN available balance in my account. Also I have paid my full year tuition fee $16k and I included it in my SOP.

My brother, there are no blue print to this Canada ‘wahala and process’ .
But just put your mind say you dey enter Canada and everything go work, we go tackle them here and make everything work. I take everybody on this platform as my Family ooo,

I love you all.

When I approached my bank for GIC, they actually debited me 3k to credit my cibc account but I called them to reverse cos i needed exactly 10k to be moved.

Well I am very knowledgeable about it, banks do it but they don’t prioritize it. You have to get a living expense sheet from your school which shows possible cost.

So if you wish, one can transfer 3k to student deposit account with cibc, it’s also a way to prove that you have the intention to move your living costs to Canada. And you will be writing in your sop you have transferred 3k to your cibc account and you will be moving the rest once your visa is approved.

what Nigerian bank is that?
