They may find out and that is misrepresentation.. we have seen people getting PPR here with second masters. It depends on how u are able to convince the VO reason for ur decision. Let other gurus here answer this

If u have a lindekin account, they can find out about ur masters.But not telling them u have done masters is never mis representation especially if u dont tell them that u have not. Its if u lie that u have not, and they find out,then that may b tagged misrepresentation

I wont b using all this popular banks like Access,Zenith, First bank GTB etc for form A again.I paid my school fees using Unity bank and it was super fast.in less than a week,I opened d account, transferred funds to the account and paid my school fees using Form A when my bank Access bank was saying there is no Form A available to them then.now they are mis leading me that form A is only 4 school fees and emergency.

But I need help concerning an issues I got my PPR early this month but I never got a request for medicals and I did not do upfront medical. I sent my passport for stamping and I have gotten it back and I'm now planning to travel but the issue with the medicals ic scaring me. I don't want to get to POE and get sent back because of medicals that wasn't even requested for.
Please I want to know if I should just go ahead and do medicals and send to IRCC or I should just leave it.

A friend of mine experienced same too but you know if we see the source, we can know when they lift it as well. I searched cic website thoroughly today to no avail. Based on the recent policy on ground now, the earliest you're allowed to travel is 4 weeks to your resumption date. You risk not being allowed to board if you travel earlier. Qatar Airways refused to board a friend of mine that is 6 days more than 4 weeks (30 days) from the resumption date. This may change later though.

You don't need to state your reasons for deferral to IRCC. They know they delayed giving you a decision so you couldn't meet up with your resumption. Just inform them you deferred and ask them to update your file with the new LOA.

its not an imigration rule per say. its because of Covid. one of the effects of Covid. I dont think it will b written in IRCC website. Also they wont tell u that u need to quarantine 14 days or u need to do a covid test b4 u travel. etc.

You need to go for your medical ASAP.
Just go straight to IOM. State it to them that you've been approved without Medical and You don't want to have any issue traveling that you want to travel soon. They can book you for the next day sef. Just go there with all evidences you have including your stamped passport.

Sorry for the late response, I have been so occupied in the past days...

Now to your question, Have you informed the clinic of this? i.e The timeline for you to do your Medicals, cos I wanna assume the clinics should give priority to Medical request applicants than Upfront Medical Applicants...

Since its only Qlife you contacted, you can also contact IOM to see if they can give you a closer date..

But in all, I will advise you go to the clinic very early in the morning with your Medical request letter and let them know that the deadline for your medicals is very close and plead with them, do not relent. I am sure they will consider you..

I know somebody that did this and did his Medicals that same day, but the person got their as early as 6am..

Also you can meet someone that has a closer date that is willing to give out the date, I remember one moniker putting it up on this thread of not interested in doing his/her Upfront Medicals and wanna give the date out.... So try to go through previous post and see if you can come across that Post...

So do any of this suggestions, I am sure you will find a way doing your Medicals..

I have bsc biz admin now I want to take up a graduate program Intl biz mgt so as to be able to pay my complete tuition fees pls assist to review and advise on how I can tackle the issues raised and re-submit my study permit please. I am so confused

It depends on how you wanna go about this...

1. Some hide their previous Msc and just make use of their Bsc to apply for their Visa application with a Msc LOA and get their Visa... But with this, you will have to remain silent on your previous MSc all through your stay in Canada to avoid misinterpretation later in the future i.e when applying for PR and also Citizenship cos Canada keep records of the details of all applicants from the very 1st time you apply for your study permit Visa or any kinda IRCC visa..

2. Some declare their previous Msc and apply for their Visa application with a new Msc LOA and get their Visa.. But with this, you must be more than ready and capable to convince the Visa officer on why you are going for another Msc and not PHD which is a higher degree.. You can do this with a strong and convincing SOP and LOE...

Nah, it is clearly stated that you must do a Covid test 72 hrs before your flight, even clearly stated the rules around the 14 days quarantine for non vaccinated flyers. And cleared that everyone must have a quatantine plan even if they are vaccinated until they are cleared at the POE to be eligible as fully vaccinated. You need to visit the cic site to read through and you will see so much mentioned. Which is why I am really particular about this 4 weeks to resumption. Note that I know that this is a post Covid rule and strongly enforced by the airlines. but just a thought about the genesis since most of the rules are clearly outlined on the CIC page. However, someone just told me that the school sends it as part of the travel restriction when you are applying for the enrollment letter needed to travel. No wonder they ask about the flight details even before releasing that letter as well. Thanks for your input.

Mine has been updated to passed since September 17th. The wait in the past few days is more frustrating than the initial 4 months wait I endured, before getting a medical request letter
