They rejected me for clearance for local govt studies because of biology and wasted my jamb

i choosed ui for this 215 I had in jamb but ui didn't gave me admission,so i choosed polyibadan,am now a national diploma graduate

Well, you probably didn't meet up with UI's post-utme cut-off mark for you preferred course hence, their reason for having denied you admission into the institution, c'est fini.
I wrote JAMB thrice because I also wanted UI so if you had continued then maybe you'd have passed and...
