If Fred shows up for the ball and he's being covered by 3 opponents, is that not a plus for the team? Can't the player pass to another player that's free because Fred has 3 players covering him? I'm confused here

Bruno and Pogba caannot hold the ball to save their lives, Mctoms and Fred are terrible on the ball and are not intelligent. Yes Ole is tactically inept, but we need to drop one of Bruno or Pogba and totally replace Mcfred. We need a designated strong DM and a tricky, intelligent CM. This is not about the ability of players, the team is just not balanced.

I will suggest in January Ole should just close eye sell someone players and buy 2 competent Midfielders.

I'll keep saying it. We're missing Rashford. There are some runs that Rashford will make that Pogba or Bruno will sight and give him that long pass. But nobody is doing that currently

You are right that players might struggle to settle into our team with its dysfunctional set up. However while inverted wingers are the norm I still think orthodox wingers can work.

Also apart from that his major obstacle is actually C.Ronaldo who has pushed Greenwood out to permanent RW.

The idea was Rashford on the LW, Greenwood at CF, Sancho at RW with Martial on the bench(or sold). CR7 coming changed all of that.

Greenwood is a bigger talent than all of them so it’s not really shocking that he is benching Sancho who is new to the team and league.
