The generic reason was Purpose of visit.
The GCMS note buttressed it:

1)they claimed applicant has a higher degree than proposed study in Canada.

2) Proposed study in Canada does not relate to Career and previous study.

Note Proposed study is PGC in Project Management.

I did a detailed LOE to address the note.
For 1) I have a Bsc and going for PGC. So my proposed study is definitely higher. That was an error on their part. I submitted my Wes evaluation report which I did for EE just to show what my level of degree is.

2) I studied Geology and I am a Well Completions Engr. So I explained how my course of study got me the job, worked for some years and transitioned to business development and managing projects in my department and explaining why I need the study to progress further in my career. I provided my promotion letters to buttress that and also submitted a confirmation of employment letter from my organisation( on company letter head paper signed by the HR) that outlined all my job roles from joining the company at my different designations.

That is pretty much the little I did and God factor is the greatest at work aa I am now trusting him to perfect what he has started.

In my opinion, You stand a great chance if you apply for a study permit to the UK because UK recognizes NEBOSH directly. This doesn't mean it doesn't have its respect in Canada though. You can go for MSc in Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management in Middlesex University for example.

For Canada, you can do an Msc in schools like the University of British Columbia. There are only about 3 or 4 schools where you can do a master's in OH&S field.

Ensure to your research on both based on your resources and qualifications

So my third application got refused on the 27th of September, personal asset and financial status as the refusal reason, the same reason for my second application.
Self sponsored, I paid my 1st semester tuition and showed more than enough balance in my account, trust me I used every information I got on this platform to tackle this reason in my 3rd application.
I am sure the VO that made the decision didn’t vet my documents carefully. I am waiting for my second GCMS anytime from now because it is due.

My school resumed on the 7th of September and I have started online classes.

These people no fit kill my shine, please can I reapply immediately? Can I use today’s date to validate the imm1294 form given the fact that my school already resumed on the 7th?. What I am saying is on the imm1294 where they asked ‘Duration of expected study’ I cannot input the 7th of September because it has passed, the only date I can input now is the 30th which is today or a later date, OR can I use the same old imm1294 form without validating and just edit the available fund for my stay because I have more funds in my account……..is this a possibility? I hope everyone understands……..

I used an agent and it's for a college diploma though I am a graduate but I didn't add any NYSC and transcript.

Please get your GCMS to have full understanding of reason for disapproval. So that you can tackle your reasons for a better application next time.
Then defer your admission to the next possible date of resumption. So as to have a new admission letter to present for your next visa application.

I had to read again to understand that part. He was stating his concern: where he mentioned funds will not be sufficient and available throughout the course.
( Rephrasing a bit)
Did she attach her explanation for the lump sum in her proof of financial means section or in the SOP? I feel they get overwelmed with reading so many SOPs and can miss some points.
Since she has a valid explanations for the lump sums, I will advise she write a strong LOE to address the refusal.
If she has fund for lawyer, then she can appeal the decision through JR.

These VOs and errors eee. I had my own share of it.

Bro, in your biometrics collection letter, you'll see a link to book an appointment.
Click it and fill the form and select the date available. This is after you've registered with vfs. Those email and online links waste time to respond.
I booked an appointment yesterday after my letter landed and I did my Biometrics today and it was updated today.

Omo... The agent gave or applied for the wrong program. A 3rd class can get you an Advanced diploma not a diploma.

Diploma is applied mostly by persons who are dont have a bsc or HND and have passed the age of going for a bsc.

You visa won’t be an issue as the stop at Dublin is just for technical checkup like fuel and probably drop some passengers and yes you can pay online .

Thank you for the info. But I have gotten a letter of acceptance since May and I did my biometric May 28th. It was issued to me within 24hrs though. The agent is a Nigerian but he's a Nigerian representative in the very school according to the middle man, that was why my LOA came out ASAP with a receipt from the school. I also mail the school after paying my school fees to comfirm my admission and school fees payment, they were both valid

You can’t use any other “high profiles hospital “ except the recommended ones.

Send a mail to both iom and qlife attaching request for Medicals and they should give a closer date and if not close , you can write to ircc to explain reason for delay .

wait for ur GCMS 1st.i suggest u take a pause 1st till u get ur GCMS note.personally o.i would not suggest u use ur hubby cos If I was d V.O I would ask my self y you are not presently working there if it's so desirable and y after getting another certificate spending ur hard earned Dollars,u will go to ur undesirables job cos if u so desired it,u shud be there but I ll let d gurus give their opinions
