Not in my state grin
PuZZyNegro:

Ikeja has always been a difficult place to get trips. Especially in the morning. Anytime I take a rider to Ikeja, I must blow empty to somewhere else to get a trip.

That 14000 guaranteed gross earnings is shiit_

How can Bolt expect a driver not to earn up to 14000 after a whole 8 trips.

Now, they've given me 18000 gross earnings target with 10 trips. Even 6 trips can get you the 18000.

If they don't want to give bonus, they should better keep it instead of these. angry

Keep listening to some people you hear , very soon the some people will run you(r) car down.
It is called public holiday... you should either be in your house lounging or out with loved ones hanging out.
After all bankers, teachers and people earning 70k per month are at home.

LazyD don’t work on public hols or you do half day. Come out around 6pm and you will get tired of driving.
Ants don’t have holiday, 24/7/365 days no leave no transfer.

Driving not easy men! I salute all the women in the hustle. It's so easy identifying a ride share chauffeur. Sitting in the lobby every evening in my hotel along Alfred Riwane road. I saw the hustle from another level. It's good to have an exit plan and move on to other things. Dec 31 is my limit. Thank God for the experience so far.

Lolz. I no dey vex and I no fit vex online. I no even dey ikeja for hours. I got a ride to unilag from ikeja when I wanted to leave Adeniyi jones, also got some other rides on the mainland, going to Yaba, alagomeji, Sabo, somolu etc. I even got one around 5pm,going to VI but I declined cos I was already planning to go home and spend time with family. I don't work to deliver to anybody. I own my car. I work at my pace. I used my savings from all my 9 to 5 white collar job to buy the car. I don't work to kill myself. I actually don't plan to do this for long. I hope to get a better job or better still, start another prestigious business and give my car some breathing space and also free myself from embarrassment! All these oloshos can give you shit on top 1k!

Have a good life bro. Me and you no get issues!

Guys una welldone, there's something I don't understand, is bolt not supposed to be paying us? Because all the trips I had today had discounts...where is the discount going to as I'm yet to receive any payout except for the physical cash/transfer collected from the riders? Instead I pay their balance.

Why does estate security have to check truck of cars? If I'm carrying a contraband, I won't keep it in the boot so far I know it will be checked. These guys contribute to 30% of coro boys boot wahala grin cheesy. The protocol is just BS in my opinion

So I had this rider today who doesn't speak English. She speaks dialectal French. Someone helped her book the trip from Ogba to Island. The journey was so hilarious. On so many occasions she would want to react to something on the road, but she would be talking like deaf person. Na so I dey respond too. On getting to Island, she was actually expecting a guy to pick her. In short, we had to start moving Broad Street to Marina several times before I was able to drop her. As at this time, she was trying to communicate but no way
I did Google translate for her on my phone, it was then I realised she can't speak native French. She is likely from Togo or Senegal. Menh, Wetin the eyes of ehailing drivers dey see no be small.

We like to thank our E hailing customers for their tremendous support on the super Tech oil . Your support as actually exceeded our expectations.

So lately we have been getting calls from uber partners/ drivers on the proper interval usage on a 20k miles engine oil

Most uber drivers clock at least 2k miles a month. The oil of choice for most drivers is the conventional Mobil xhp 20w50. This oil is not what is usually recommended for most cars on the road, but because it is cheap this is what people use.

Since most of uber drivers are using Mobil xhp20w50 . It means that oil change will be change basically every month or every 3k miles. most drivers will cover that in a month.

Below is the 10k miles interval change comparison

Mobil xhp. 4liters (conventional oil ) 3k oil change interval .. Anything longer than that will build up sludge in the engine....

1. Mobil xhp 4liters. 8500k Naira to 9k
2. Oil filter 2k naira
3. Oil change labour . Most mechanics will change 3k

Mobil xhp 8500 by 3 = 25500k
Oil filter 2k (3) = 6k
Oil change labour(3)= 9k

Total cost = 40500k ...

Vs

5quarts(4.7liters) Super Tech Advance for 20k miles ........Fully Synthetic * enough for top ups *
( Extreme driving Condition change oil every 10k miles...

Super Tech Advance (22500k for now grin)
Extended Oil Filter = 7k
Labour for Oil change = 3k

Total cost 32500k [/b]

The 20k miles engine oil saves you money and time in the long run .........

You mean am ?
At the boldeds?
Really ?

Let me just pretend and move on

Super tech now better than almighty Mobil 1

Men! When u enter rugged roads like akoka/bariga & siblings like that, u will be praying to end the trip and take off from that axis. Never to return there. Yet u never drop the rider and call within the area still dey flow in. I dey reject am.

My car (suspension) is important (costlier) to me than the bonus. cool

Their commission. Collect all the cash at hand and in ur account, u go happy.
Then go to ur earnings and check who dey owe grin
That's how they get their commission, also, card trips.
I did a card trip of 5500 and I owed bolt 4256. U know the rest.
If they can catch or cash ur money, a mail will be sent to you asking u to pay into their account.

Price am 200 naira. You'll likely get a trip from St Nicholas or Island Maternity hospital sef.
