They have an issue that have affected a lot of users and both devices have been discontinued by Xiaomi.

The Redmi 9t is in the same price territory as Redmi 10. Another option is Redmi Note 8(2021).

Bit if you are a fan of Qualcomm snapdragon Chipsets wait for next year. But the truth is Snapdragon aren't fair now on the lower Midrange and Budget segments as there have been no new Chipset apart from the SD 678 and 662 released last year.

The other one is SD 480 5G Chipset.

My RN8 pro is also giving this problem.
One other issue I noticed after updating, is Casting to the smart TV.

RN10 Pro proximity sensors has nothing to do with Android 11. The manufacturer of the sensor was at fault.

As for casting. Search for Uniplay and Mi Connect and install. Note when I say search I didn't send you to Playstore.

My phone came with Android 11 out of the box though. I'm not sure any update can fix it with what I've read.

My redmi 7 phone network just disappeared suddenly. It doesn't bring up network.

The phone identifies the SIM card as Airtel and Etisalat in settings, but there is no signal bar for the 2 and you can't make call, or dial any USSD code it says mobile network not available.

What is the issue please, how can she solve it?
If you have any contact of any reliable engineer in Lagos, please mention

Check stores and the thread store. As for okay it's performance is around the same level as the Helio G95 but future proofed because of the 5G connectivity.

Hope you won't complain when your phone just dies on a reboot and in lots of cases only a panel change solves it. You have been advised if you insist on buying it, it is your cross.

Guys, my RN10 gets update from the Google app store every three days or so and mostly for the same installed apps. Like for instance let's say i update the WhatsApp app today, 3 days from now I would be notified to update again and on and on it goes. Is this normal? I had to go turn off automatic updates.

And also I noticed a huge amount of used "Other" usage in Storage. Over 9GB. Please how can I clear it off? Please check the screen shot to see what I am talking about.

That is because app developers push out updates whenever they deem fit, has nothing to do with your phones.
