Parents of nowadays too no dey try at all! How can you give birth to nearly a dozen! Making the older children suffer more! I don even decide to kuku relocate. I can't kill myself. Here is a typical thing those parents do: you never even stand, four don come dey live with you. You dey sponsor two for higher institution. You dey sponsor younger ones for primary....and you are left to hustle in sufferment.

Aren't there cases of brothers who sponsored brothers abroad to school who later came back to call their brother an illiterate? Forget, you never see suffering bro. Most of us here you feel are cheerful people in reality are really people wey dey suffer like crazy! Nairaland could be a huge comic relief for many like myself!

Dem go just dey born like turkey. Making the younger ones be at the mercies of their evil mistresses when sent to serve as housemaids or sales boys. You'll not be up to 30 and you'd be looking like you are 52! Just because some parents left their responsibilities on your shoulders!

I can so relate to what Ene was trying to say tho..She spoke out of pains. She wasn't wicked. She is tired of caring too much about the satisfaction of others and letting hers go to waste! Parents now want their kids to make up for their failures, which is totally unacceptable!

If you haven't experienced this, you'd begin to think Ene is wicked. Parents should learn to conceive the number of children they can bear! No bi for person to grow up come dey say this uncle is evil or this aunty is evil because dem say they'll get back to you when you beseeched them for alms.

Any wise parents who knows how to handle a family, no matter the income, bears the quantity they can bear, train and make them sb in future...whether lawyers, doctors, engineers, tailors, or anything! That's parenting....not seeing training them to WAEC as you have so tried and they should go and fix themselves up because they are now occupying spaces in your house.

Check: I graduate, find job, receive a poor salary after fending for the greater part of my schooling dropping out multiple times, only for sb to still be putting an eight-person pressure on me? On a salary that's barely enough to carter for my needs? The crazy thing is most of the sibling seeing you earning stipends will never want to work! They'll rely on you and say you are blessed. Blessed? Yeah, because they are the receivers and you are the born-by-mistake jaki.

African parents tho! Most of them know nothing about marriage! All they know is doing bf and gf, she comes to live with him, first child, second....eight children...nine, and still planning to ambush the wife tonight. A once beautiful lady now looking like humty dumpty cos of body counts! Invalid husband is still sleeping with her, and any discussion with his friends, mumu will be boasting on how many children he has! No family planning! No nothing! Children suffering more than biblical Job! Mehn!

This is just to give you a glimpse of what Ene may be going through...and what very many Nigerians go through.
