You should direct your angst at the useless paper degree awarding university that you wasted 4ys of your life attending. University degrees are a scam and only meant to act as a labor supply stopgap. 98% of degrees being peddled are worthless and utterly useless as they do not in any way transfer any skill set or knowledge to you. Universities only exist to act as a stopgap for labor supply. You spend 5ys chasing a degree and then the compulsory NYSC. If this scam system did not exist, do you know how many people will flood the labor market each year? After Namibia, Nigeria has the second highest unemployment rate globally. So, it's not surprising. To increase your chances, apply to many jobs as possible. Applying for a job is a job on its own. Prepare hard for many aptitude tests because most times, it's the assessment tests that scuttle people's chances of getting a good job. If you're good at acing them, your chances increase. Recently, a female friend had to choose between UBA and Polaris, this as a result of acing their aptitude tests. There are jobs but there are very few factoring in the population and anaemic GDP growth rate - a result of Buhari's economic policies, same man so-called educated Nigerians campaigned and voted for in 2015. 13 Likes 1 Share |
