There's a correlation in this, but not a connection hormonal changes, does not happen on its on, please understand this first. How can you shunt out other contributing factors like stress, diet and lifestyle. Even if women give birth early, it cannot override the power stress has on their emotional health. What of other accompanying factors, have you taken note of this also?

During work trip in the US, I saw an homeless man with ipad and phone and was thinking to myself that this homelessness get levels, Westerners are very isolated compared to Africans, here we have family and friends to rely on, to a degree, there you're on your own.

Post natal depression is real. I passed through it but did not realize it on time. Motherhood is a difficult journey without a support system.

Sincerely... This is why life there can be so boring and depressing. Yes, they have these basic amenities lacking in most parts of Africa. But they really don't have a life... It's those who are unexposed amongst us that underrate our lifestyle and culture for theirs. Here in Africa, you connect and make new "families" everywhere. It's all man for himself there.
