i think there is hope of getting that PPR raise a webform and attach the screenshot of that NOVEMBER 1st deadline, reach out to an MP in your schools area and pressure them there, send an email that is like the webform you raised to Nairobi or whichever office is processing your application. if you get a PPR 22nd and you send the passports to Abuja you can still make deadline. give yourself a realistic cut-off date before giving up please. the second issue, your kids are american and as far as their vaccinated travel to Canada with them along with relevant documents spouse declaration as well as birth certificates at the border justice can be done for anyother application.

God will not put you to shame.

Good day house, I'm in a dilemma and need some information on how to proceed from people who had similar experiences or knows how these things work. My wife applied for studies last year and was refused, we deferred the admission to Sept this year and put in our application in June 2021. Two weeks ago, we got request for medicals which was done last week. The problem now is the school has commenced classes since September 7th, 2021 and we have till November 1st to defer but we are hoping the visa processing should be concluded before that date. Otherwise, we'll have to defer and choose a different course for May intake as her current course is only taken in Fall. Firstly, our concern is if the visa isnt out before the deadline for deferring in the school and we change courses, are we meant to inform the embassy of this change in course and commencement date? If we dont and we get the visa before may next year, at the point of entry, wouldnt we have a challenge with the border officer on why the embassy wasnt informed of these changes we made prior to the visa issuance?
Secondly, we have 2 kids (American citizens) not currently in their mums application, whats the process we need to engage to enable them travel with their mum when her visa is issued?

When I got refused . I lost my mind totally but with time it will fade away. Just brace up and order your GCMS note first to see the VO concerns. But between post the generic reason first . And to ur question reason for denial will be in ur GCMS note now since final decision has been made

your is just one reason. apply 4 ur note sir.did u pay ur tuition ?how much was in ur account ? did u have a sponsor ?what is ur relationship with him or her.ur answer to this will help tackle ur refusal while u wait 4 ur note

1)Father(Sponsor) had $50K in his account
2)Uncle(Co-sponsor) supported with 5M which he transferred to my account from his Corporate account. Explanation of Lump-sum was done with a reference letter and MBS from his bank.
3)I lost my Job April Last year which I stated in my SOP with evidence of salary and pension account, also letters from the company
4) I already deferred to January since my visa didn't get approved before the September intake.

Omo typing these things just dey vex me sha.

I heard even 2 months be empty. Tilting to the 3 months period is kinda safer so your notes don't come up empty.

I also think it was not a good idea to tell them u have been idle or lossed ur Job for one year now.thats a red flag but like I said let the gurus come and do justice to ur info.

You need your sponsor to show committed by paying your tuition. You can also do GIC although I believe it's just overkill because as far you have a legit bank statement it's all the same to me. The latter part of the text says "it's not reasonable expense". Between me and you it's a foolish excuse to give. What's the VO'S business in deciding what and where I want to invest my money in. but last last you gast pacify these people. Maybe in your next application make it known that the cost is tenable and warrants the high cost of studying abroad, you could also say you'll gain experience from learning overseas and the program is not available in Nigeria. Sha say anything to convince these clowns. I'm tired of their baseless excuses. God will crown your efforts on your next trial IJN

Yeah, you right about the loss of Job part I guess that was the major red flag. But I know better now.

I'll start revising my application on how best to approach the issue.

ahhh.woko travels.one chance oooo.they are fraudulent .we have had ppl on previous thread report them in this forum.make sure u get ur GCkey and take charge. There was a time he used one bank statement for different ppl.one of them had procedural fairness letter and they never told the applicant. he was later banned.there are also issues of charge back.be careful with wokos travel oooo
