Please, in any way you want to render help to further this noble cause of proving his INNOCENCE, please count me in. And may GOD continue to shower his blessings upon you and your household for trying to help an innocent man get justice. You shall never lack any good thing, and strangers from the four corners of the earth will rise up to help and uplift you too. AMEN. Thanks so much, Bro. May I send you an email? |

1stGenAmerican:You must have noticed that I NEVER for once quoted you in any of my comments on both threads. That was DELIBERATE, if you must know. My reason? It's because I wouldn't want to be caught trading words with someone like you. Why?? Because my words can be veeery CAUSTIC when I decide to vent, and I'd rather advise (in your own interest) to desist from quoting me again, in order to prevent the barrage of invectives I could rain on you. I won't say more than that for now. Please stay away from my mentions. |

If the convict is guilty as decided by a jury of his peers, you have to admit there are some “fine people” on his side, one of whom is this character. A person who by his own admission on this site, slept with his cousin “only” 3 times and also encouraged another character to do same in the most cold, unfeeling language “Fvck her and move on.” Wonder why those words remind me of his cold, unfeeling comments specific to the child’s rape experience on this thread. Once you get over the shock of all that, you start to wonder about the sex with his own cousin - Was it consensual? Was it not? How old was this cousin? Your guess is as good as mine. Hug your daughters a little closer and trust nobody, sometimes the enemy is closer than you think….. https://www.nairaland.com/4117099/cousin-love-me-what-should#61426757 https://www.nairaland.com/4117099/cousin-love-me-what-should#61427282 https://www.nairaland.com/5912427/what-age-kids-nowadays-losing#90456422 temblor1: Am from Numan in Adamawa State Please sir, I'm interested in learning about google ads and affiliate marketing.P.S. Adedoja - guilty or not, you should never refer to a 13 year old child as “lady.” Same advice goes to all grown ass men, calling a 13 year old child a lady suggests you are seeing her in a way you should NOT. As for a 5 year old’s virginity? If you’re making a stupid response like that with that kind of emoji, you’re at best suffering from a complete lack of emotional intelligence or at worst. . .. . . .?

The man you are quoting is also from northern nigeria and he didn't raped his cousins, bringing this issue to discredit him in his attempt to vindicate the op is completely out of line. |

Maybe he didn’t do anything to feel guilty about? Glad you know for a fact that this individual did not rape his cousin. That’s good since I can’t prove that he did or did not which is why I haven’t asserted that he did. Highly inappropriate, sexualized, unnecessary and vindictive remarks about a child’s rape ordeal is “his attempt to vindicate the OP?” . . . . . . . . . . . smh! This is where I say “BYE Felicia!” |

Powerhouse5050: ! If this is exactly how it played out and nothing was held back nor garnished, then you were just a pawn in a villainous systemic conspiracy. Some are fast to testify against one, crucify and bury even though they had no realistic evidence against another nor were they witnesses. We must becareful when passing the buck that could send a fellow human to ultimate perdition mostly when there are jagged edges as to the accused's culpability. There's been cases of wrongful convictions on the Innocents and even biased acquittal/ soft landing on the guilty in some climes people thought their system are impeccable in all indices. To the OP, if you're truly innocent, please take solace in this... it may take time but God will eventually vindicate you in one way or another if ONLY you believe! And now is even the time to draw closer to God if you've not really been. Who said the main suspect can't be apprehended? Who said prayers don't work? He may even helplessly own up to the crime when a heavy unseen hand descend upon him and renders him restless. |

mysticwarrior:You don't see any reason why MMotimo should bring up the issue of temblor1 supporting indiscriminate fúcking of cousins but you support temblor1 asking about the virginity of a 13 year old rape victim Was she a virgin? Was there a tear in her anus to indicate forceful-first time sodomy? In the same northern Nigeria old men are allowed to get married to 13 year old girls. Try that in the US and you will be convicted for rape. In the same north, if you are found fùcking a girl/woman without marrying her, you will be lynched. The character of you guys purporting to support Mr Bah is suspect. The only people in fact helping him are 1stgenamerican and Georgechidi apart from chatinent, others are just tell bent on justifying their wayward tendencies while making thing more difficult for Mr Bah. They are preparing him from what he will face in order to convince anyone to look at his case. And if his appeal comes through, what he will face from the DA, prosecutors and the press will be 100 times worse. If he cannot convince doubters here of his innocence, I doubt he will the able to convince anyone in the U.S. |

wirinet:you are very wrong, apart from chatinent the other two you mentioned are bent on defending the action of the American Justice system in this man's case, regardless if the jury might have been wrong, one of them even said "I say he is guilty because the Jury said so" you should know that not every one has the ability to convince others, but from what the OP has been saying it looks like they may have made a mistake somewhere. You are doubting the OP in his quest to prove his innocence, that is why you doubt if what he is saying would convince anyone in the US. Pls note that the American criminal Justice department is not 100% perfect, there are numerous cases of innocent people who have been wrongfully convicted in the US, below are just a few cases. Joyce Ann Brown (12 February 1947 - 13 June 2015) was wrongfully convicted of robbery and murder in 1980 and spent almost a decade in prison before her conviction was overturned. The wrongful conviction of Steve Titus was a miscarriage of justice in which Steve Gary Titus (1949–1985) was an American businessman, who was convicted wrongly of rape. Titus was dismissed from his job after the conviction and, though the charges were soon dismissed, he became long term unemployed. The crime was later determined to have been committed by serial rapist Edward Lee King. Thomas Martin Thompson (March 20, 1955 – July 14, 1998) was an American man who was executed in 1998 by the state of California for the 1981 killing of Ginger Fleischli. His execution was controversial; some believe him to have been innocent of the charges, while others thought Thompson's guilt was clear. After Thompson's death sentence, a different man was convicted of the murder. Clarence Lee Brandley (September 24, 1951 – September 2, 2018)[1] was an American who was wrongly convicted of the rape and murder of Cheryl Dee Fergeson in 1981 Ronald Keith Williamson (February 3, 1953 – December 4, 2004) was a former minor league baseball catcher/pitcher who was one of two men wrongly convicted in 1988 in Oklahoma for the rape and murder of Debra Sue "Debbie" Carter Earl Washington Jr. (born May 3, 1960) is a former Virginia death-row inmate, who was fully exonerated of murder charges against him in 2000. He had been wrongfully convicted and sentenced to death in 1984 for the 1982 rape and murder of Rebecca Lyn David Ray Camm is a former trooper of the Indiana State Police who spent 13 years in prison after twice being wrongfully convicted of the murders of his wife, Kimberly, and his children. There are more wrongfully convicted cases in the US some of which are not known to the rest of the world. |

I think when God was creating the Nigerian he gave him more emotion than reasoning capacity or according to evolutionists the hypothalamus is more developed than the hippocampus. Simply put we are controlled by emotions rather than reason. mysticwarrior:Mr Bah is guilty of rape among other crimes because a jury of 12 (not sure of the exact number says so). The jury system is more robust than the judge system. If Mr. Bah had been able to convince just one juror of his innocence, he would have been considered innocent. As I said, I am not in a position to say whether the convicted actually commited crime or not, only God and Mr Bah himself can know that. What every other person can rely on is the court system. As the court has pronounced him guilty, guilty he is until the courts again find reason to rescind its decision. All other opinions are irrelevant. The US justice system is not perfect as it is operated by mortals, and humans are far from being infallible. Having said that, the US justice system is one of the most fair and robust in the world. Of course it makes mistakes from time to time, but it cannot compare to a country like Nigeria where most citizens in prison are innocent or awaiting trial for decades for minor misdemeanors. If You are truly concerned about injustice of jailing innocent people for decades for crimes they did not commit, you should fight the Nigerian justice system. Mr Bah had ample opportunity to defend himself before the conclusion of the trial. He could have reached out to Nigerians both in the US and Nigeria before judgement was passed. He had ample opportunity to appeal any part of the trial he found unfair to him getting justice. He could have even questioned or rejected any member of the jury. He and his lawyers should have done their homework before judgement was passed. Three years after a guilty verdict, he is now beginning to make a case of mistrial. He is in for a very difficult time indeed. Unless another person is found to have commited the crime or he can come up with a new incontrovertible evidence, I honestly don't see how he can prove his innocence. This is the basic fact 1stgenamerican and georgechidi are trying to pass. |

404Dev:chatinent did you reach Mr. bah for any of these? So far only 1stGenAmerican has affirmed that Mr. bah was identified by the victim from a line of 6 other black men in the presence of police officials and a guardian. which you said you would confirm. |

MMotimo:Good job MMotimo, credit to you for bringing up his past comments which now explains why he is supporting raping a minor. Book mark his real name because in no time he will be behind prison wall for sextually attacking minor too. Apple does not fall far from the tree. |
