drlateef:this have as well proved the saying that you guys are cowards.. You sat and watched strangers destroy your house while you do nothing.. You lots also accused the Igbo for attacking the palace of your oba of Lagos until the video footage of what really happened emerged and all the people in the video happens to be yorubas including the children playing on the pool..they all speak Yoruba.. Igbo burnt Lagos while 60% of business destroyed that were own by igbos.. Igbos burn lagos, while all the people arrested for vandalizing things are all yorubas... You yorubas are pathetic...blame every body except your self... Same way tinubu blamed igbos over the killing of that afaniferes leader daughter.. 7 Likes |

I see Fire on the Mountain. They are lucky to have cosmopolitan kind of leadership in Lagos for the past 20 years. These current Lagos leaders are amenable and they are pushing for a Lagos as a melting points for all Nigerians without erasing the Yoruba imprints. But the Ibos are pushing far too much till they get extreme tribalist as leaders of Lagos/Yorubaland who will not be amenable to their pandering and insults. Then, we gonna to see the real movies. I wish they stop pushing and insulting for peaceful co-existence before. 2 Likes |

That is strictly Lagos Island (Eko) only, and other Yoruba tribes like Awori, Tapa, Ijebu are stakeholders too. Other parts of Lagos belong to other ethnic Yorubas (Ikeja/mainland - Awori, Epe/Ikorodu - Ijebu, Ibeju-Lekki -Awori/Ijebu, Badagry -Egun, etc. Jlow2: 1 Like 1 Share |

Iamgrey5: Any thread that would elicit hate and tribalism should be discouraged. Someone have listed 3 Yorubas working in Kaduna state government, go to Imo, Ebony etc, some none Igbos are there working as commissioners and special assistant to the governor's and if we do a research, we will see this same gesture in other states. Threads that would encourage unnecessary banter, hate and tribalism should be discouraged in Nairaland, thank you. 1 Like 1 Share |
