TooNoisy: Lagos is not an ordinary Yoruba state. Its a melting pot for all tribes since time memorial and b4 independence. Are Yoruba’s Accomodating? I think every region is accommodating, even the North pre terror/extremist periods. If u want to knowthis check how accommodating Yoruba’s are outside Lagos. Ogun And ibadan are not as accommodating as Lagos. Others far father from Lagos accommodate like any other region in Nigeria besides abuja which is becoming distinct like Lagos, Every tribe is accommodating. 7 Likes 1 Share |

TooNoisy:I will not generalised all the Igbos for hating because I have lived with some loving ones amongst them. However, don't mind the Igbos here on Nairaland they would soon have their imaginary potopoto Biafra republic where UGM and IPOB will be the Taliban over them. Nonsense!! 18 Likes |

Lagos is number1, it's openess and freedom, makes it a first choice for elites. But Lagos state government should be careful and watch out for these secessionists and extremists terrorists regions. Lagos should continue raiding illegal street urchins, they are a threat to the peace of the state. Lagos is not for urchins, go to your villages. 6 Likes 1 Share |

That's how it should be. Nigeria is for all. If Nigerians could be holding political positions outside the shores of Nigeria, any one who has distinguish himself or herself in the state of his or her residence should be so appointed even though it's more demonstrated in Lagos and sometimes ago in Kaduna state. We once had an Igbo as Perm Sec in Ogun State. Congratulations to them especially Igbokwe. Lagos and indeed South West is home to all. 2 Likes |

TooNoisy: You people make noise over nothing. Upon all the efforts of Joe igbokwe, all that Yoruba can reward him with is gutter worker. Okezie Ipkeazu appointed a Yoruba man, a benue man, an imo man as members of his cabinet but we didn't make fuss about it. 14 Likes 1 Share |
