One Igbo that do drugs might decide to leave the country today to supply his "goods" and "development" other countries and then come back immediately and he can go like twice in a week like that, now say average of 10,000 igbos do drug and go in and out of the country like that, so 63,258 is complete. it is a simple logic

So NBS got nothing on ibom Airport?
R they saying no flight departed and landed at ibom airport during the quarter in retrospect?
NBS should stop giving false stats abeg.
Once there is anomaly in any stats, the entire process becomes useless.
I take this as a useless stats, vague and false.

Igbo people live in every part of Nigeria than any other tribe.

So i am not suprised that air traffic is increasing in the southeast, also consider the security situation on ground in the south east, most travelers will prefer to use air for safety than land
Why not also consider insecurity in Kano or Kaduna where insecurity is worst hit Mr analyser

So, if dominance in air traffic is used to measure wealth I guess the remaining percentage in these states lives in poverty?

So many illiterates and uneducated people on this platform. cheesy

Where is Akwa Ibom State?
They don’t normally capture state owned or privately run airport that is not manage by FANN
E.g check out Akwa ibom, delta, bayelsa even Eket that Exxon Mobil are using iare not captured .

Hmm! From that data, Abuja had more air traffic compared to Lagos and it's somehow unbelievable.

Again, how come Owerri's air traffic is increasing even to the extent it is higher than that of Kano inspite of the seeming insecurity in the region and the incessant seat at home orders? Does it mean that the city is more economically viable than we think? Food for thought!

Stats can really be incredible at times.

Air travel is just one small measure of an economy. Again, the high air traffic in Owerri could be linked to insecurity as most people would not want to make the journey by land.
Finally, Igbos are the business class and travelers, they are by far the highest air travelers so these stats are no surprise.
